Not really potential, he is proven. If Gilbert does move forward this season it might let him play a bit more of a loose role, coming up the ground more. He might cop a forward tag a bit which might be why he has been overlooked this season. Not to say he hasn't in the past. I don't have him but he has been there at different stages - A worthy pick.
May have a more defensive role with the suspension of Dawson for the first 5 games? also the movement of gilbert forward may mean he gets more attention from the opposition
Watched the footy last night. Fisher looked stronger & fitter than i've seen him in years
