downgrade foley man. I'm not convinced even if he averages around 80. If he does 100+, get him. the way i see it, if ur paying for that price, he will have to average 80 + to move up in price then trade him off. Id rather go with another rookie who can score as high as him and price will just sky rocket and surpass Foley. Keep in mind Foley is just coming back from injury
