Last week I don't think we had a thread and it was hard to keep track of our matches when others were posting about their matches.
Here are the matches:
Roo Boys! v Feeling Sheepish: Two animals going head to head... literally. This match looks close on paper, but these matches aren't played on paper. They are played out in the FTP world. Think Roo Boys! should be going in as the favourite, but upsets happen in FTP on a regular basis. It is most runs scored vs. 2nd least runs conceded. If the Feeling Sheepish bowlers can restrict the amount of runs the Roo Boys! batsmen score, they will have a good shot at winning this match.
DazBurg's Greatness v Tickle My Timber: After a convincing defeat at the hands of Gunz n Rozez, Tickle My Timber will be looking for a win to steady themselves and start to put some pressure on the teams above them. This match could be very close and could come down to superior tactics for either side. DazBurg's Greatness could cause an upset and take down a higher caranked team, but Tickle My Timber looks too strong to be beaten.
Gunz n Rozez v Hello: Top of the table clash this week. It is also our game of the week. This match is being played on a crumbling pitch, so it will be a bowler's game. Early wickets could decide this game and a strong batting line-up will be needed. Gunz n Rozez looks to be favourites in this battle of the Killer Bees, although Hellopplz may use his leadership position to convince Gunz n Rozez manager, BOOMZ, to throw the game. :P
The Brat Pack v Academy of Ireland and Aus: The Academy of Ireland and Aus are still looking for their first win of this FFPL campaign and will have a tough time against a strong Brat Pack line-up. This match is also the battle of the keepers with both teams boasting fantastic young keepers. Ethan Cain and Kalabhiti Trupti have shown their tricks of the trades and they could be the keys to either team's success. It looks like the Academy of Ireland and Aus will remain winless after this matchup.
Fletch's No Balls v John Howard's Coathangers: In the final FFPL match of the round, we see two league opponents go head to head. We have already had a preview with a midweek T20 match. This match was convincingly won by Fletch's No Balls, although they were outrated by John Howard's Coathangers. With this knowledge, John Howard's Coathangers will be out for revenge to secure their 4th win of the campaign. This will be a very close matchup, but going by recent results, Fletch's No Balls should come out victorious.
Post any FFPL Matchday 6 related stuff below.
Great reviews here, nice opinions and reasons why. :P
Thanks Shaggy. I can't sleep and had nothing better to do. :P
Yeah neither can I. I'm building lists at the moment for my NBA/AFL draft's positions. It's way too muggy and sticky.
I should be either asleep or doing research for these drafts, but I'm just picking off the top of my head. Just hope it pays off. :P
Absolute shower weather today.
Yes....... "Convince" ;).
Haha ML. Nice write ups by the way.
Sorry should've used 'force'. ;)
Thanks HP. May do this every week from now on, depending on how much time I have.
I really need to get to my homework......
Night guys :).
Cya HP. I should try and get to sleep.
I dont think I could even try and get close to getting any sleep unfortunately. SFeels like it is getting stickier. :x
I only accept cash HP ;) you nearly wouln't have needed too as I only just remembered to set my team lol
great write ups ML ;)
Great stuff ML :)
I really don't know which way mine and Alex's game will Swing, I'm hoping outswinger with Abbud Qasim :P
He will be disadvantaged though :p
If I were you I'd be running from Rimmo & Ramiah.
Maybe even Jackson if I choose to play him over Sodumo :p
You're not scared of Chiba and Hof?
And BEWARE my showerty Duncan! He has a knack of doing awesome things when I am about to sell him..
Why would I be scared of those duds? Shaggy Chiba could be a threat, but Hof is easily out done by RIMMO!

Regular.
u cant deny it alex...
Don't write yourself off ML ;) I was lucky in the T20. I needed 11 off the last over and blasted 16 off the first 3 balls. I was lucky!! You're favourite.
Crowd 1,106
Those 1,106 people are in for a show ;)
Yeah they're going to see a dominant performance.
By SHAGGY CHIBA!
Nah I think it will go right down to the wire, 1 ball can change the whole game.
eg If Makinson gets dropped or Shaggmeister dropped.
I reckon Darya would be more costly, should you drop him, he may kill you o.O
The awesome thing is we both have some superstars so who knows who is going to win the game for who.
Yeah I need Darya and Hay both back in the dressing rooms early...
Actually I wouldn't mind bowling first, but the orders are in and I always choose bat first...Are you going to bat first if you win the toss?
Yeah I always do, I just enjoy batting first dunno why.

That was when my team was rubbish. Besides Dunn is mine now ;)
Is he playing today?
The weather for the match is expected to be Windy and the groundsmen have prepared a Dry pitch. Conditions look ideal for the spinners.
No shower :P
LMFAO!
Yeah he is in.
Phalgun wins the toss :D
Phalgun has called heads correctly and has decided to bat. Feeling Sheepish will start their innings shortly.
I think that's what I wanted? :P

Whoops sorry just saw that you won the toss
Get it right R&B ::)
Not watching all the games but I have the bookmarked so they're in around the grounds :)
I am watching the game of the week closely though :P
Under a minute...
That would have to be ours ;)
C'mon Stevenson, FIRE UP!
0.1 . Stevenson to Hay : That hit the seam and jagged back. Inside edge from Hay falls safely away from the stumps.
Solid...
DOT BALL? WTF?
Hay, seam spec, dry pitch can't hit an lf ::)
0.2 . Stevenson to Hay : Pitches just outside off stump and swings slightly away from Hay who watches it through to Cullen. Qasim at first slip applauds and shouts some encouraging words.
THE HATE
0.3 . Stevenson to Hay : This one is bowled from a bit closer to the stumps this time, and only just sails over the top of off stump. The umpire has a word to the bowler about staying off the middle of the pitch.
DANDELION!
0.4 . Stevenson to Hay : That's a jaffer from Stevenson. Pitches on off and seams away, beating the outside edge. Hay wasn't good enough to nick that one, but then who would be?
-.-
3 dot balls ;)
4 dot balls. I hate Hay.
5 dot balls. I love Me :P
End of over 1 (maiden) - Feeling Sheepish(0-0) RR 0.00
B. Hay 0 (6b) , D. Daryapurkar 0 (0b) , T. Stevenson 1-1-0-0
>:(
And it's a maiden :)
Qasim bowling his first ball for me, it's another dot :)
1.2 1 Qasim to Daryapurkar : Edged just wide of Makinson at slip! Third man comes around as the batsmen amble through for a single.
NOO I'VE LOST :'(
Qasim getting smacked around :p
3 runs! Nooo Qasim you suck :P
End of over 2 (5 runs) - Feeling Sheepish(5-1) RR 2.50
W. Shagmeister 0 (0b) , D. Daryapurkar 4 (3b) , A. Qasim 1-0-5-1
flower you Hay.
1.5 . Qasim to Hay : [great fielding] A superb shot from Hay, driven elegantly on the off side, but an equally good diving effort by McLaughlin. Tough to decide what was better, the drive or the dive.
Not bad from a guy with ordinary fielding ;)
1.6 W Qasim to Hay : Hay looks to drive through the on side and instead spoons the ball back to Qasim who accepts it with both hands.
B. Hay c & b. A. Qasim 1 (9b 0x4 0x6) SR:11.11
MARRY ME QASIMMMMMM!!
2.2 2 Stevenson to Daryapurkar : [misfield] Daryapurkar turns a straight delivery round the corner and runs the first hard. McLaughlin at fine leg feels the pressure and fumbles the pick up, allowing the ball to run away from him. Daryapurkar saunters back for a second. Stevenson kicks the turf in frustration.
Bad from a guy with ordinary fielding hahahaha LMFAO.
2.3 4 Stevenson to Daryapurkar : That shot alone was worth the entry fee, perfect timing from Daryapurkar and it races to the boundary for four.
flower you Darya :P
Damn I have to go out now, cya Alex :)
Darya double digits, I win :p
2.2 . Rudraraju to McFarlane : [dropped] McFarlane drives in the air, straight at cover point. Montgomery gets both hands to it but the ball doesn't stick, he has a second attempt at grabbing it before it hits the deck but fails miserably. He can't look Rudraraju in the eye.
FFS >:(
End of over 3 (9 runs) - Feeling Sheepish(14-1) RR 4.67
W. Shagmeister 0 (1b) , D. Daryapurkar 13 (8b) , T. Stevenson 2-1-9-0
Darya is the Watson of my team, he almost always gets a start, but since I bought him he has goen out in the nineties 4 times. :D
End of over 6 (5 runs) - Feeling Sheepish(25-1) RR 4.17
W. Shagmeister 1 (10b) , D. Daryapurkar 23 (17b) , A. Qasim 3-0-15-1
Shagmeister just settling into his innings, no pressure as Darya is doing well at the other end.
6.1 W Stevenson to Daryapurkar : Nicked and gone! A simple catch for Cullen, Daryapurkar does not look too happy about that shot.
D. Daryapurkar c A. Cullen b. T. Stevenson 23 (18b 2x4 0x6) SR:127.78
The jinx is back :(

A. Habib 14 (28b) , B. McFarlane 12 (14b) , K. Rudraraju 4-0-12-0
Not going too bad early :).
There we go :D
7.4 W Abdellah to McFarlane : Loud scream for LBW. The umpire pauses for a moment before raising the finger. Superb bowling from Abdellah, getting the ball to move off the seam.
B. McFarlane lbw b. Z. Abdellah 12 (18b 1x4 0x6) SR:66.67
In comes Carney ;).
You've been expensive Phillip, but at least you've gotten rid of Gecko... :)
End of over 9 (10 runs) - John Howard's Coathangers(60-2) RR 6.67
N. Babb 0 (1b) , M. Abdul-Wahad 15 (15b) , G. Phillip 5-0-44-1
End of over 11 (maiden) - The Brat Pack(64-0) RR 5.82
S. Ryan 29 (31b) , S. Bartrim 33 (35b) , R. Affonso 1-1-0-0
I'm in big trouble. I'm going to need some Hemming Magic if I want to win this one.
I just thought of something though, I think I'm going to buy a 28-29 yo gun and just keep and play him in the FFPL and WC just so I have a chance of winning some games, as watching my little babies get smacked in the face week-in-week-out in FFPL is kinda hard.
Don't worry Q, I'm getting really smashed around in my game... I'm going to have to chase about 350 unless I get a few more wickets!!
End of over 13 (7 runs) - John Howard's Coathangers(87-2) RR 6.69
M. Abdul-Wahad 23 (27b) , N. Babb 19 (13b) , W. Kimber 2-0-18-0

Part of my FFPL/WC Plan. Hopefully I could get 1 or if not both.
What do you guys think? After the WC I'd sell them for a small profit, while my Young Guns will still be playing SOD and T20.
Gatenby might go up quite alot :o.
End of over 15 (4 runs) - Hello(57-1) RR 3.80
R. Carney 17 (28b) , A. Habib 25 (44b) , K. Daley 3-0-13-0
Picking it up slowly again.
End of over 17 (6 runs) - Feeling Sheepish(74-2) RR 4.35
B. Yavar 28 (46b) , W. Shagmeister 13 (32b) , S. Chiba 4-0-19-0
Really need these two to keep going.
17.5 W Wainwright to Ryan : [stumped] Ryan charges down the pitch to a well flighted delivery only to find himself in the stickiest situation since Sticky the stick insect got stuck on a sticky bun. Smart stumping sir!
S. Ryan st K. Trupti b. H. Wainwright 43 (56b 2x4 1x6) SR:76.79
Yeh! Wainwright is a RM but who cares, Trupti can still get the stumping!
End of over 19 (5 runs) - Hello(74-1) RR 3.89
R. Carney 22 (38b) , A. Habib 36 (58b) , K. Daley 5-0-20-0
I need to get more runs on the board!!!
I need to break this partnership >:(
Habib is use to Opening by now and is on Aggressive ;). Carney on Defensive so a little harder :P.
Darya back in the sheds is good :)
2 good spinners did shower though, and here comes showerhouse Duncan....
Yay, finally broken the partnership!!
20.1 1 W Rogers to Babb : Goodness me. What were they thinking there?
N. Babb run out (W. Kimber) 46 (37b 4x4 1x6) SR:124.32
21.1 W Stevenson to Shagmeister : [runout] Shagmeister gets hit on the thigh pad and Yavar sets off, gets sent back by Shagmeister, Yavar slips and then is run into by Stevenson, he stumbles and never had a chance to get back.
B. Yavar run out (A. Duncan) 39 (60b 3x4 1x6) SR:65.00
Go and get back on your boat Budh!
The moment we have been waiting for, Tom Stevenson will be bowling to Alex Linton soon I think...
End of over 22 (2 runs) - Feeling Sheepish(95-3) RR 4.32
W. Shagmeister 21 (48b) , A. Linton 0 (0b) , T. Stevenson 6-1-20-1
Duncan gets to bowl to Linton, he better not get him out...
End of over 22 (3 runs) - DazBurg's Greatness(94-1) RR 4.27
F. Walsh 42 (71b) , D. Manou 3 (11b) , P. Kortlang 6-0-27-0
:>
Another Run Out...
22.3 1 W Rogers to Abdul-Wahad : Greedy and plain stupid. Abdul-Wahad and Peterson have tried to go for the extra run, taking on Kimber's arm in the deep and losing. And that wicket's been thrown away.
M. Abdul-Wahad run out (W. Kimber) 41 (53b 1x4 1x6) SR:77.36
End of over 23 (2 runs) - Feeling Sheepish(97-3) RR 4.22
A. Linton 1 (2b) , W. Shagmeister 22 (52b) , A. Duncan 2-0-8-0
Good work Andy :)
Now get a single Shagmeister!
23.2 lb Stevenson to Shagmeister : Sharp delivery, angled into the pads, Shagmeister is beaten for pace, but gets a leg-bye.
Good boy :)
Now Stevenson to Linton..............
23.3 . Stevenson to Linton : No run. Linton defends out to point where Makinson does the fielding.
23.5 2 Stevenson to Linton : [misfield] Hafeez flings a hand out but is unable to stop the ball racing away. 2 is the result.
One of my better fielders ::)
Got him in the Groin. How do you feel Alex? :P
haha awesome stuff by me :P
End of over 25 (1 run) - Feeling Sheepish(102-3) RR 4.08
A. Linton 3 (10b) , W. Shagmeister 23 (56b) , A. Duncan 3-0-9-0
Brilliant way to end the first half of the innings Duncan :)
I am happy with that performance, 3 down is good :)
AROUND THE GROUNDS:
Brat Pack vs Master Q
End of over 25 (1 run) - The Brat Pack(136-1) RR 5.44
BP looking in quite an imposing position, but Master Q has a wicket on the board. You would have to think BP's guys will start going for it now.
Fletch vs MajorLazer
End of over 25 (2 runs) - John Howard's Coathangers(153-4) RR 6.12
ML scoring at a rapid rate but 4 wickets down really hurts. Still anyone's game if Fletch can keep picking up wickets.
Daz vs Shaggy
End of over 25 (2 runs) - DazBurg's Greatness(106-1) RR 4.24
Good start by both teams really, although Daz has the upper hand.
BOOMZ vs Hellopplz
End of over 25 (7 runs) - Hello(109-1) RR 4.36
Very evenly poised, but partnership is building for HP.
Roo Boys vs Alex
End of over 25 (1 run) - Feeling Sheepish(102-3) RR 4.08
3 down is good but still anyone's game on a Dry pitch.
End of over 26 (6 runs) - Feeling Sheepish(108-3) RR 4.15
W. Shagmeister 24 (61b) , A. Linton 4 (11b) , T. Stevenson 8-1-25-1
Byes -.-
I'm really going to need my imports. I like the idea, it reminds me of the Big Bash ;D
26.6 W Shridhar to Carney : Ooh, Carney is driving without a licence, and he pays the penalty as he nicks it straight into the hands of Ferguson.
R. Carney c G. Ferguson b. D. Shridhar 43 (57b 4x4 2x6) SR:75.44
Finallly got the breakthrough... now I need to get another couple...
27.3 2 Taylor to Jeffers : [dropped] On leg stump and the batsman gets just enough on that to evade the keeper's gloves. A bit more awareness from Ferguson and he might have taken a catch there.
FFS dropped first ball >:(
Into ML's tail now. He's been unlucky with 3 runouts though!!
End of over 28 (1 run) - John Howard's Coathangers(163-6) RR 5.82
I. Hana 0 (1b) , C. Peterson 18 (29b) , W. Kimber 9-0-48-1
End of over 28 (2 runs) - Feeling Sheepish(115-3) RR 4.11
A. Linton 9 (21b) , W. Shagmeister 26 (63b) , T. Stevenson 9-1-27-1
Going to need these two to stick around/Dunn magic to put up a decent total.
28.1 6 Duncan to Shagmeister : Duncan has pitched this one up to Shagmeister who confidently drives this over mid-on. In fact Shagmeister has really got onto this, into the stands it goes, what a six!
FETCH!
End of over 28 (2 runs) - DazBurg's Greatness(124-3) RR 4.43
D. Manou 18 (33b) , L. Black 0 (0b) , P. Kortlang 9-0-49-1
Finally getting a few wickets.
End of over 29 (14 runs) - Feeling Sheepish(129-3) RR 4.45
W. Shagmeister 37 (67b) , A. Linton 12 (23b) , A. Duncan 5-0-28-0
Take that you stupid useless s(p)inner!
28.1 W Menza to Ives : [catch] Drifting into Ives before spinning away, he fails to move his feet and, wrongly trying to work it to leg, gets an audible outside edge and off he goes.
B. Ives c K. Trupti b. G. Menza 25 (38b 2x4 0x6) SR:65.79
Like always Menza and Trupti combine. Still won't change the outcome of the match though ;D
30.5 W Abdellah to Jeffers : [Slower Ball] Jeffers sees a slower ball, throws everything at it and only manages to get a thin edge behind the wicket.
C. Jeffers c G. Ferguson b. Z. Abdellah 6 (14b 0x4 0x6) SR:42.86
Got lucky there that he didn't burn me for dropping him...
You don't... Wanna flower with Shaggy... Coz Shaggy... His team will kill you.
Go Shagmeister!
End of over 32 (4 runs) - Feeling Sheepish(147-3) RR 4.59
W. Shagmeister 44 (76b) , A. Linton 22 (33b) , J. van den Hof 6-0-19-0
Shagmeister :-*
He has been my rock today, played it perfectly, nice and slow :D
End of over 33 (11 runs) - Feeling Sheepish(158-3) RR 4.79
A. Linton 27 (37b) , W. Shagmeister 49 (78b) , A. Qasim 7-0-41-1
That is 50 runs for Shagmeister (50 runs, 79b 2x4 1x6) SR:63.29
Solid innings ;D
33.2 6 van den Hof to Linton : van den Hof bowls a lollipop and Linton rocks back and gives it the full treatment. Six runs!
The Hof :D
33.4 4 van den Hof to Linton : [misfield] Qasim reacts too slowly and Linton scores 4.
33.3 4 van den Hof to Linton : Linton has played a lovely cover drive and it goes to the fence. Stevenson at cover had no chance of chasing that down.
HOOFFFFFFEEEEEEEEEEEE
End of over 34 (15 runs) - Feeling Sheepish(173-3) RR 5.09
A. Linton 41 (42b) , W. Shagmeister 50 (79b) , J. van den Hof 7-0-34-0
34.3 W Qasim to Linton : Linton has gone for a massive swipe, but has only managed to toe the ball in the air straight to Stevenson at mid-on.
A. Linton c T. Stevenson b. A. Qasim 41 (43b 3x4 1x6) SR:95.35
I HATE STEVENSON/QASIM >:(
36.3 . Abdellah to Habib : [missed runout] Confusion! Habib pulls it straight to square leg and sets off for a run, only to be sent back by Allen when he's half way down the track. A direct hit would have sent him packing, but Chudasama's throw was wide of the mark.
My fielding has been shower today ::)
Linton caught by Stevenson thankgod I had had enough of his shower :P
End of over 36 (2 runs) - DazBurg's Greatness(166-5) RR 4.61
E. Anderson 0 (0b) , L. Black 12 (20b) , P. Lidgerwood 8-3-13-1
8 overs, 3 maidens, 1 for 13... flower yeah thats great bowling. More wickets needed because you deserve them. :D
Stop misfielding you pathetic little showers
End of over 37 (11 runs) - Feeling Sheepish(195-4) RR 5.27
P. Dunn 4 (4b) , W. Shagmeister 68 (92b) , A. Qasim 9-0-59-2
Against good bowlers on a bowlers pitch, Willow is my hero!
I hate him -.-
End of over 37 (2 runs) - The Brat Pack(198-4) RR 5.35
C. Martinez 1 (1b) , F. Mabothe 29 (30b) , W. Alleyne 9-0-55-2

He is a Shaggy, he was bound to perform ::)
200 is up.
38.5 . Abdellah to Habib : [dropped] Habib hits a leading edge and there is confusion on the field as Chudasama and Abdellah both shout "MINE". The players collide and the ball spills from Chudasama's hands, with Habib looking on with amusement.
Anyone want any of my players? speak now they're all flowering gone after this BS in the field >:( >:( >:(
Then why isn't Chiba doing Shower Alex? ::)
Haha BOOMZ. Just hope mine isn't the same :-X.
Habib still in :o. Lets hope for the Century now :D.
38.6 W Qasim to Dunn : [catch] Charges down the track and sends this one high up into the sky. van den Hof settles under it at long on and takes a comfortable catch.
P. Dunn c J. van den Hof b. A. Qasim 5 (9b 0x4 0x6) SR:55.56
I couldn't be happier I went with the spinner who could bat over the seam bowler who couldn't :p
Because he is a Shaggy ::)

Nice ratings ML. I played Phillip in place of Rollox because of the Hard pitch, but still a lucky result on my behalf.
Diarmuid Hogan (3 points), Christian Peterson (2), Richard Beveridge (1)
ML also gets 2 of the best players on the ground :)

Not looking good BOOMZ :-\

I seam to have the wood over you ML, that's 3-1 in our rivalry. We'll meet again next Friday. You were Unlucky with the runouts, and some of those dropped catches considering your fielding is superior to mine.
Tickle My Timber won by 3 wickets
WOOOHOOOOOOOOOOO I BROKE 150k. Yeah doges!

3 out of 6 games in the FFPL this year, plus against BP in T20. I also lost to you despite out-rating you :P
I know RB, but that was my supreme awesomeness. :P
Nice ratings Shaggy. Too bad you couldn't get them against me. :P
Sure Alex, Shaggy him up. That gives us our Medium now too. :P
OK, just need to think of a name, any ideas?
Shaggy Phalgun :P
Dunno :p
I'll just go with Sir Shaggy Phalgun? :p
16 needed off the last over I'm stuffed lol HP is my bogey team :( I've never beat him but it's always close...
No disrespect to HP but how did I lose that going by ratings ??? >:(
Gunz n Rozez Hello
Batting - Top Order: 9.796 8.812
Batting - Middle Order: 6.956 6.268
Batting - Tail: 3.321 2.864

My batsmen were really poor... I know it favours bowlers but seriously half my bowlers batted better than them >:(
How about we make whoever is going to be the captain of the Shaggy team just:
Firstname: Sir
Surname: Shaggy
Sir Shaggy ;D
Our ratings were very close BOOMZ ;)
Does it have to be the captain? Can't Gramapala be Sir Shaggy?
I might go with
First name- Shaggy
Last name- Junior
Seeing as I was calling him Shaggy Jnr before, I don't know why though, just need to get the OK from the man himself.

Good Game BOOMZ. Team did great despite being 14k outrated. Azad stood up and cleaned the tail despite being Rel/Rel. Morgan and Flanagan are flat out Guns, as is Sreed 8).
It was close and you had to have the edge going in. Batting was always going to be my weak point :(. Just lucky this time around. Maybe try playing the batters in different positions until they start scoring consistently? I've done that with Habib to great effect. Could try the same?
I'm going to jumble my order around a bit too.
So I'm in second, tied on 5 wins with BOOMZ. Not bad for a guy rating in the 130k's :D.

Yeah it was very good :)
Yeah that's the problem I had it set up well with Farsnworth opening but without him it's stuffed up my order... I will try a few different things tomorrow and see how that goes :D
I think I will try opening with Hafeez...although he has pretty low endurance so good for quick hitting innings with his pretty good power......
Furlonge and Makinson my best, I think they should be 3 and 4. Beattie will open I think, with his Accumulator talent.
Going to experiment dropping Furlonge down to 5...
Beattie opens on (D), and Hafeez at 3. I think I could use him there, he is very well balanced.
I might switch up my opening order. Habib and McFarlane. Then Jeffers and Carney (Jeffers usually opens but might stick with McFarlane for a while to see how he goes now).
Yeah I've got BP tomorrow so hopefully the new orders work!
I will change some of my bowling orders too I think...
I am starting to consider dropping Hay down to 5 and oening with Linton, he has opened a couple of times for T20 and has absolutely killed it, with 127* & 128*.
good game shaggy i'm happy with the fight by boys put up considering the difference in match ratings
