earlier in the rounds, Jimmy Bartel was named 7th on an extended bench...it doesn't mean sh*t

I disagree. It's a wet, sodden SCG. Knights has obviously made a tactical move.

So why the hell would you take out an inside, tackling midfielder who is suited to those conditions more than anyone on the team???

yeh i woulda thought he would be more suited to those conditions. They have welsh and melksham back this week so howlett has obviously just bin dropped to make room for them coming back i think

Yeah but Knights would rather spare him the arduous journey to Sydney. Pulmonary embolism is no laughing matter.

Howlett --> Gysberts, providing bench cover! Happy ;D

What would you do if Howlett's named next week with his low BE? This is my conundrum. Don't need Gyberts, ideally shouldn't waste the trade, but can't ignore the kid!

I just benched him, put Cunnington on.

Yeah I think I'm convinced. I turned my back on Webberley and Fyfe and paid the consequence, won't let it happen again.
