What will people do this week.
Gawn and grundy play thursday and Friday.
So cant use bines unless you put bines on straight away
Grundy into Bines.
Grundy will destroy Tim English.
So many options to choose from this week
Grundy into Cripps at this stage

I have Bines permanently on the field with Grundy/Gawn emergency ;)
Grundy into Cripps
Grundy into Neale or Neale into Cripps are the two Im considering.
Haven't had Neale in my rotation the first 3 weeks so its time.

You mean unless you started with Neale right? That guy averaging 148
Cripps is 100% captain.
But between Danger and Grundy for VC.
The fact Danger has a 130, 147, 163, 192, 196 v Giants and playing at GMHBA where he averages 134 as a Cat (22/24 games above 100, lowest of 94!!) means he probably gets the VC.
Macrae into Cripps
Neale into Cripps is what I have decided at this stage.
I reckon neale kills essendon
Macrae into Cripps
Grundy/Macrae into Neale/Cripps hard call this week
Tempted to do Lloyd into Cripps but more than likely Grundy into Cripps.
Hoping Fyfe doesn't play so I can loophole Neale into Cripps.
Macrae VC (if Greenwood doesn't play) or Grundy
Neale or Cripps C

+1
I don't own Grundy, not sure I trust Gawn, and I don't think I'll bite on Macrae vs Coll.
Danger VC might be the tonic since anyone owning Grundy should be VCing him this week. That leaves them either Danger or Cripps to go to.
Danger or Neale into Cripps for me.

Grundy into Neale or Cripps. Grundy probably pumping out another score in the 120's to keep us tempted to go after more with Neale or Cripps, but will keep anything in the 120's to play it safe.

Who are you using as your loophole?
How come every man and his dog has Neale all of a sudden? Did you all start with him or is there some serious sideways trading going on??
Neale was my #1 locked player a well as placing a cool $40 on him for the Brownlow before the season @ $51. 8)

not sure about which one to go to :(
C on Bines

Grundy. Macrae’s last three against the pies not great - 104, 92, 98. Greenwood might go to him
Grundy scores 152 last start against the dogs

I'm torn between Grundy and Lloyd. Grundy's last game against the Dogs he went huge and the Dogs don't really have a legitimate ruck that can handle Grundy.
I can also see Lloyd racking them up against a Demons team that have been bombing the ball forward and getting picked off easily by the opposition defenders. Now with McVeigh out you would think Lloyd benefits as well.

Greenwood out. Anyone taking the punt on Macrae?
Options I’m contemplating:
- Grundy vs doggies lack of ruck stocks
- Macrae vs Greenwoodless pies
- Danger vs GWS (Danger last 3 vs GWS 108, 163, 196)
- Neale vs sub par bombers
- Cripps vs a more determined GC with some real fight.
What would you do?

Danger at home looks good or Neale
IMO Macrae may struggle a bit to get his high ceiling with Grundy rucking and the Collingwood mids - should still score 100+ but do not think he will be able to go big. Collingwoods game is also very SC friendly so majority of points could be black n white

Sometimes if I can't decide then I just go with highest 3-game average vs the opponent.
FWIW, SC Gold has their projections as, Neale (139) / Cripps (137) / Macrae (129) / Danger (121) / Grundy (105)

If your other ruckman is the already locked Gawn then you can't VC Grundy and then use Bines as the loop. It is why it's best to put Bines on your field pre-round and put one of your ruckmen on the bench with the E. Many just leave it like this every week anyway so they don't have to worry about playing times.
So if I were you I'd put Grundy as R3 with the emergency, Bines on the field, and find another player that plays before West Coast to put the VC on.

Put Grundy on the bench with the E. Put the C on who your captain option is. If your VC spuds, leave as is. If your VC dominates, move the C to Bines :)

I haven't watched McEvoy all that much but Grundy would be getting more possies around the ground as an extra on baller you would think, however McEvoy seems like a better intercept mark when he drops back.

At least that's what I told myself when I took the VC off Grundy with a minute to go ;D
Neale better have a field day today cos my opponent in my cash league changed to Grundy last minute

Just realised I messed up my Bines loophole :'(
Hopefully a late out from a rookie this weekend lol
Hah me too.. lucky Scott was dropped
rested (crossing fingers)
Not named in the VFL either and they go before the seniors. So unless they hold Hrovat out of that game Scott will be coming in if there’s a late change.
Be careful!

He is not named in VFL because they are "resting" him
I had the VC on Macrae. It now goes onto Danger or Sloane. I think de Boer goes to Danger and Dumont goes to Sloane. Both will get a tag, Danger is more likely to cope so I'd lean towards him.

Danger easily over Sloane

Assume you don't have Crippa then? I'd be tempted to go Sloane still, you'd expect at least one Crows mid to go huge against Norf...
Cripps Neale or Danger hmmm. Does anyone tag at the dons? Cause i know the Suns and GWS have been so far this year

If he is a late in then I still have Cripps as a bailout option

Dons don't tag from what I have seen. They don't have anybody that can stop Neale.
Will Christensen coming back in the team have an impact on Neale usage maybe?

He junked up last year vs GWS, but 2017 his scores were huge. 196 and 163 are pretty insane. 2016 he has one game where Conigs tagged him out for a 70 odd. de Boer has done the job on Yeo, Merrett and Dusty the last 3 weeks. Not sure how I feel about it

Nup, no Cripps. Fyfe and Neale have gone nuts so far against North, but I just get a gut feel they will have Dumont run with Sloane all game.

Maybe Myers. He is back yeah? Not sure if he will exactly do a good job of it if they ask him to try.

Zero. He probably sits around half forward all game
Went Macrae over Grundy, bugger!
Thinking Cripps vs Suns for mine, hopefully he has a field day up there

Half back more likely
Backing Danger in as I missed Grundy. Hoping for 130
Neale gonna beat Grundy at this rate

ooft.
So did Danger get injured or did he just disappear after half time?
Neale's score is one of the bigger robberies i've seen for some time.

Agree but still taking it as VC. Another 40 possession game for only 140 SC Points. Only 20 down on Grundy so not to bad. Fyfe is my C now.

Scaled from 130 to 140 helps. but still at least 20 short of what you'd expect from a game like that.

Yes. Unfortunately I misunderstood said feeling.
Have pondered captaining Sloane tonight but I'll go with Crippa tomorrow.
