Looking for some advice on what I can do to fix this abomination of a team.
Backs: Laird, Hurley, Hibberd, Doedee, Finlayson, Naughton (Murphy, Duman)
Mids: Fyfe, Danger, Mitchell, Dusty, Zerrett, Crouch, Coniglio, Kelly (Barry, Brayshaw, Fogarty)
Rucks: Martin, Gawn (English)
Fwds: Heeney, Petracca, Billings, Christensen, Fritcsh, Henry (Spargo, Guelfi)
Bold is my main problem areas and underlined are the players that have maxed out.
I have 194k with 21 trades left so any help would be great!
Thinking of moving English on for Crossley then maybe Naughton to Yeo. My fwds are killing me though.

You need a 2-3 week plan and definitely focus on fixing fwd line and another premo back. Mids and Rucks are fine for now.
Next week Doedee/Finlayson > Cumming and Fogarty > Phillips gives u cash to splash.
Bundy > McLean
Billings > Walters when bottomed out
Henry/Fritsch > Sicily
Check breakevens to decide the order of those 3 trades over 2 weeks
Monitor Merrett and if he continues to be tagged out if games then look to trade but you're fwds are more urgent.
Hibberd is a pain (I have him) but he is the least of you're problems atm and u can't sideways trade everyone.
I wouldn't sideways out Zerrett or Hibberd until they become the biggest problems in your team. Right now I think avoiding the backline donut should be priority number 1. And the midfield 8 you don't touch at all.
Might be slightly left field but Fogarty (I assume Lachie) to Phillips frees up some cash to allow you to go Naughton up to Yeo.
Next week you grab either Cumming or Ainsworth (or both).
Unfortunately I think you should stick tight to the under-performing players and just hope they don't goo too badly, upgrade around them :)
Agree with UBeaut - leave Rucks and Mids, fix your rookies by replacing them with new ones to generate cash over next 2-3 weeks to fix the forwards. To hold Billings, Petracca and Bundy this long is a problem.
