Title: Justin Westhoff
Post by: EA100 on April 29, 2018, 11:52:54 PM
I held off him last round because I thought that Ryder coming back soon will affect his scores a fair bit. Do you guys think it’ll hinder his average so far for the year. Just undecided on whether to get him in or not. And plus he’s a midfielder/Foward which creates a link just in case I need cover during the bye rounds..

Hard to tell with Hoff

Career of averaging mid to high 80s to low 90s. I haven't watched him enough this year to see what the big difference is, but looking at his history he does have runs like this only to taper off at some point so whether he can maintain this type of scoring is yet to be seen

Ryder back this week too, and then they have their bye a couple of weeks later so I think anyone who doesn't have Hoff or Gray is probably best to just wait until after their bye

Look at last years average, +/- 5 to that, is what he will average with ryder back, no doubt in my mind

Still an option if you want but i feel its only down from here imo, terrible bye too, and if you wait till after the bye youll get no games without ryder

I have had him as my POD since Rd 1 and really only one disappointing week. He was doing some ruck work early but now that seems to fall to Dixon with the occasional chop out.

Will be happy with a 95 average which is sound for F6,

Don't expect the 112 average to continue is the short answer. Watch these next three games with Ryder back in the side carefully. If he looks good then pick him up after the bye in Round 11 for his three home games during the multi-byes :)

I still think a 100 average is possible from here onwards (95 more likely), he's allowed to do whatever he wants out on the field and even if midfield time decreases his lead up fwd time will continue and the intercept marking in defence will increase slightly.

Good option to jump on after his bye.

The Off (vs GC in China) or McLean (VS Crows in Adelaide) for this week???
