LaHug is sick and also has a lot of work stuff (which is hard because he's sick). Therefore, there is no LaHug's captains this week.
I've put the most viable captains in the poll above so you can still vote and discuss. Let me know if I missed anyone.
For what it's worth, I'm leaning towards one of Mitchell, Docherty, and Danger this week. Just gotta decide which with a tiny bit of research of my own.
I'll be closing my 2016 charity page (bit late, I know) soon so please donate if you've enjoyed LaHug's Captains over the last 7 years: https://my-own-way-2016.everydayhero.com/au/william-huggett
As much as Doc is killing it I just can't bring myself to put the C on a defender. I just know as soon as I do he'll pump out a 70. Going to play it safe and go with Danger as captain and Mitchell as VC.
For what it's worth, I did a bit of my own research and came up with the following top 3.
1. Danger (Hawks give up so many points)
2. Zorko (Tigers give up so many points and it's at Etihad)
3. Docherty (Form)
So I'll be going Danger in everything. Considering Zorko in DT for a POD to try to catch the leaders but I think last week was obviously the week to do that haha

Same, The week I put the C on him, he'll probably cop a hard tag. I'm still scarred from the week I put the C on Zorko :'(
Scooter pretty much said he would tag Tmitch so I'm going with Danger
Zorko worked last week, Zorko can have another shot :)
Doc hit the ton against the Dogs last year in a game where their press dominated us at Etihad. We couldn't get our chip game going at all. At the MCG where there is more space and already using his base from last season (and more midfield time) I think he could go pretty well. My main worry is Liam Picken though.
The guy I am looking at his week as a POD is Pendles. Back to back scores over 140 vs GC and hit the ton in the other two prior to that.
Should have gone Merrett.
I just left it on Danger from last week with Zerrett as VC
Scooters OUT. >:(
Reckon I may well have considered Titchell if I'd known Scooter would be out. The real killer is Danger getting hurt as my C.
With all the talk of Scooter to Mitchell it probably put a few of us off. Casual 19 touches and a goal in a quarter
Mitchell 8)
Pendles is showing why I shouldn't have picked a POD captain. He's on 60
Pressure's on Zorkman :-\ Time to back up last week's effort.
