We always over-perform against the Pear, even last year, but they're looking too good at the moment.

Yeah, Port have looked really good. I'm kinda waiting for that classic auskick performance from them though. Could this be the week? :o

Well aren't Carlton just a rabble. Towled by an average GC side on their own home deck. Port by 10 goals

Port have had some tough games and were witches hats in the last quarter against GWS. So were Carlton though in the 2nd half against the suns.

Might be tighter that most think. Port should win. Carlton at the line +37.5 looks a 1/2 decent bet.

Carlton kicking themsleves out of the game.  4 easy shots missed if converted score would be 54 - 40.

Wingard intercept mark from opposition (semi contested), effective kick sideways, 3 points. Is anyone able to explain the supercoach scoring to me again? :-\

Simpson to Docherty or vice versa has got to be the most common connection in the afl by at least double the next duo.

We just got abused in the middle. We missed Kreuz a hell of a lot tonight. Our midfield showed no defensive pressure for the majority of the game. The defense did well to stand up as long as they did.

The kids showed some promise on the other hand. They looked to take it on when they got the chance and we showed some flashes. Polson looks like Murphy quite a bit. When he snapped the behind in the last I actually thought it was Murphy.

Interesting stat - this was the first ANZAC-round match the blues have lost since 2008!

Despite finishing 7th, 8th, 5th, 10th, 6th, 13th, 18th, and 14th in that time period. They were against decent opposition too - 3/8 teams won 14 games, 5/8 won 10 games.
