Title: Round 4 - Adelaide vs Essendon, Saturday 15th April 19:10, Adelaide Oval
Post by: PowerBug on April 11, 2017, 02:18:15 PM
The top of the table Crows host a team of squeaky clean Bombers in what I reckon is game of the round. Crows have been very convincing all 3 weeks so far, brushing aside the Giants, Hawks, and Power with commanding performances after qtr time. The Bombers had a big let down last week, but if the conditions are better this weekend they'll be a chance, the Showdown letdown is a real thing, watch out Crows!

Bombers were fairly average against Brisbane and even worse against Carlton. Crows by 60.

This is a danger game I reckon, Bomber would be disappointed after the loss to Carlton, while we could be flat after the showdown.

Should win at home but will be closer than most think I reckon.

This game concerns me also. Showdown Letdown is real and so are the bruises that come from the game.  :-\

Reckon the home team will get up, but should be close.

Bombers to lead at 1/4 time, Crows to win by 6-7 goals.

Maybe it'll be the reverse?  :P

Kelly has cost us 3 goals so far, and we've started pretty well so I'm not too disappointed this far.

Who says there won't be a comeback ;) It's been a weird 3.5 rounds hahaha :P

And also, we've seen Walker and Betts each kick 5 in the same half, that's match of the round worthy to me :P (Let's ignore that we've had 2 under a goal games already this week)

Adelaide are clearly the best team in the comp and again are showing why. We're getting smashed but not playing that bad...

Seeing Lions are away might go down to Metricon for Suns v Crows.
