Title: Round 3 - Port Adelaide vs Adelaide, Saturday 8th April 19:10, Adelaide Oval
Post by: PowerBug on April 03, 2017, 11:49:46 PM
Showdown time!!! 1st vs 2nd, shame that Channel 7 are showing the other game in Victoria, this will be a cracker! Both teams 2-0, both with one convincing win, and one hard fought win. The Crows will be wanting Jenkins to be fit to go, he's going to be a big asset up front against what I see as a small Power defence. They are also lucky that serial thug Rory Sloane is allowed to play this game after doing his 2nd thug-like act in 3 Home and Away games, but getting away with this one. Brad Ebert better stay clear this time.

Crows fans will be glad to hear that Jasper Pittard may be returning this week, will give them a chance to get some intercept marks on the wing. They won't be glad to hear that Westhoff has been really poor the first two weeks, which can only mean one thing ;)

Up the Power!!

Last year the Crows 5 main scoring avenues killed us in both Showdowns. Jenkins, Walker, Lynch, Betts & McGovern combined for 19 of 22 goals Round 2 & 14 of 15 goals Round 22. Safe to say we need to get those match ups right. For me personally Jonas starts on Eddie.

Would say you might be in a bit of trouble now with Hombsch out, going to be a cracker though can't wait! Crows by 14 points

Pittard maybe back, & though no games since the JLT, Krakouer may get a run.

He's going to get dropped. He doesn't look good at all. Wingard went to give him the over the top but he had no idea what was going on.

I swear that Laird seems to average about 1 possession in last quarters!

He always seems to be on about 70ish at 3/4 time and then goes missing in the last >:(
