Thanks Ada
Crap Adams BE higher than I'd like thought Bennedy's might be higher but it's actually reachable

Anyone else reckon Adams last 2 scores are a direct result of playing a different role with the dogs injuries and now with Suckers out he is completely done now?
Just really don't want to trade him yet but thinking I might have to.

I wouldn't think so. He's a KPD , their scores will generally be up and down during the season. The guys they have lost are all runners so I wouldn't think they hurt his scoring.

I'm not sure if it's a direct correlation but he may struggle to post a decent score against the Roos tall forward line this week.

Probably a double down for me this week. I'd say there will be some more rookies ready next week for me to upgrade.

I think I might be sitting on my trades this week, ranked around 800, all my rooks have achievable BE's...but it's only tues, so the odds of holding trades is still 50/50.  :-[

I'm tossing up NRoo and Scully as potential targets this week

What are everyone's  thoughts on this, is it worth getting on Wagner a week late or should I just grab Lee?
Title: Re: Round 6 trades
Post by: Barra13 on April 27, 2016, 11:31:34 AM
Wagner could be due for a rest as the Dees are managing their young players like Oliver. They have a few that can play Wagners role. Garland is waiting to come back in also. So just be weary if you do go down that path. It is really form that is holding Wagner and Hunt for that matter. If they drop a game they will be replaced.

Me personally? I am looking to get Tom Lee.

Lee is effectively in for Roberton, who is listed as 2-3 weeks away (taking 3 weeks, as 2 weeks+VFL for fitness [and scores of 60s] makes 130k)

With Gresh in I have pulled EMack to NRoo and Menadue to Gresh. I think I'll sit with that for now.

Love the NRoo pickup. I was actually going to start with him as a POD until his injury in the final NAB game scared me off. :(

The reduced rotations are really suiting his game.

I was thinking about it more in SC as a starting pick since he tends to start the year off really well. He is getting so much ball on the wing and the concussion game means he is probably a bit cheaper then what he should be. He did tweak the knee on the weekend which is a slight worry, but I need some POD's and it was between him and Scully, think I would rather take the punt on NRoo

I can't decide between a double down this week of;
Parish > Smith
Menadue > Sumner

or 1 down and 1 up;
Parish > Sumner
Menadue > Kade Simpson (DPP)

There looks like some tasty rookies coming next week though.  :-\

Actually thinking of holding this week, which goes against my normal strategy at this time of the season :o

Don't have any of the problem children this week Fyfe, Gray, etc. and no outlandish BE's for my current players. Don't feel the desire to bring in any rookies before the bubble so may just sit on my hands.

I too could hold but I see a fair few rookies reaching their BE next week and a few on the bubble also.

So the way I was looking at it, not all of them would be able to be traded next week. Plus god forbid any injuries that turn up requiring a trade.

Wondering whether to grab Tucker this week or to get one of Smith or Sumner and trade Menadue.
Problem is having Neale so need a half decent score from my emergency in case he is out.
My mids bench atm is Menadue,Davis and Gresh

Haha. My issue is I can't do a single upgrade to a premo that a I like this week which means I would need to include a downgrade. Don't think I really like any of this week's bubble boys and for some reason all of a sudden I feel conservative about bringing in Tucker/Petracca, etc. in early.

Edit: I did have a solid score last week which is probably influencing my thoughts as well. If I had a shower score (like AF) I'd probably be desperate to trade ;)

Yeah me too, Tucker I'll bring in next week, don't like Sumner or O'Brien and made the decision to start with Petracca which is going to save me some handy trades.

Finally settled on Adams > Tucker (via Tippa DPP) and Dea > Steven (via Rosa DPP).

And have given Steven the C on debut.

Jumped on Steven also mate but didn't have the walnuts to make him Captain first up was tempted though. Went with Parker instead. Goodluck hope it pays off i'll still be happy if Steven chucks out a good cpt's score for you, I get it once atleast haha.

117

there were 2 late adjustments though
probably 1 for the Q4 (where Steven got adjusted to 113) and then another one late (where he got adjusted again to 117)
