Title: The days before lockout
Post by: eaglesman on March 21, 2016, 10:24:14 AM
What are your major wishes in the days leading up to team announcements?

For me I really want to see Gresham, Davis and Adams named. If those three get named I can confidently say my team will not change from what it is right now. (Very risky team at that)

I think those 3 will get named

If they don't, them I am flowered LOL

I'm wishing a cheap mid pops up and gets named

At this stage, I'll put Kerridge on field and Broad on bench with E if (hoping) he gets named

Then Good Friday will be the day to get it all sorted

My first wish is to see mcDonald Tipp and Davis elevated otherwise quite a few of us are flowered,

Then to see our rookies named Rd 1 so as not to require last minute tweaking.

Can we continue adjusting our teams prior to each game lockout, similar to what they allowed last year? Also when can you start to view your leagues oppositions teams?

Perfect thanks, also when are your league's opponents teams available for viewing, was it after first league game lockout? (round 3)

It's either you can see their players from teams that have already played, or you can't see them until the end of round 1. Can't remember which.

Rookies are what I am waiting on. This will determine my final structure. I am happy with my AF,DT and SC teams at the moment.

Just need the elevations to happen, not worried about rookies being named as I have room to adjust my team if they aren't.

Then
Best thing would to see Weitering go <65 (Prove it a good choice not to start him) & Menadue go 70 (Not enough for people to loophole)

Just being overly cautious but we have unlimited trades all weekend until he last game with only the players being locked once they have played yes?

From the Doc:

As many of you prepare for the beginning of the Supercoach season, the Doc wants to remind you of a few things.
1. Relax. Stick to the guys you’ve chosen and remember the reason you have selected them. It will all be ok, and we have trades to use if its not.

2. Don’t get sucked in to Social Media Hype! As mentioned above, remember the reason why you’ve selected these players. If you are selecting them because everybody else is overhyping them, its a chance you’ll end up choosing this years Lumumba or the Potato (Griffin) himself.

3. If you are unsure on your team, clear it back to the stock standard lineup.
From here you can put the Players you genuinely want in your side for good reasons. Once you have done this you can surround your best players with Rookies that are named for Round 1.

4. Dont stress about your Rookies until the teams are named! Its always good to do research to know who’s available. (see our latest Rookie Article here: http://www.doctorsupercoach.com/rookie-rundown/)

5. Always follow your instincts. This is a game and if you play it the right way, use your trades correctly and listen to the Doctor Supercoach Podcast, you could be in the money at some stage through the year.

6. Ask questions! Over on Facebook we are very responsive to all of our Community. Ask away!

6. GOOD LUCK!
