Profile
Neale continues to go from strength to strength adding another 19 points to his average in 2015. He went 120+ on six occassions but also failed to top 80 seven times, if he can put some more consistency in his performances then the possibility is there for him to gain super premium status. Lachie did struggle against stronger opposition with seven of his sub 100 scores coming against top 8 teams so that's an issue of some concern. Hopefully he continues to avoid hard tagging with opposition teams more likely to focus on the likes of Barlow and Mundy. He actually ended 2015 with an ownership of 10% which is higher than I expected but as a strater I'd imagine he'll get overlooked. A friendly early draw could be enticing, otherwise he'll likely be a viable upgrade during the season.
Pros - Massive ceiling, improving
Cons - Inconsistent, usually doesn't score well in losses
Prediction - 100-105
