Title: National Draft 2015
Post by: Football Factory on August 17, 2015, 11:26:45 AM
NATIONAL DRAFT 2015

* Available players have been drafted by an AFL club in the 2015 National draft and listed in draft pick order.

* Draft picks are decided by reverse ladder order at the end of the AXVIII H&A season.

* In this, as in all drafts, coaches have 24 hours offline, or 2 hours online in which to make their selections, after the previous selection is made. This will be enforced by the league administrator and discretion can be used where appropriate.

* After making a selection coaches must private message (pm) the next coach on FanFooty to make them aware it is their pick.

* Please do not discuss players that have not been selected yet.

We are currently checking teams lists against trades and delistings, some teams don't need to take many picks at all and some teams have more picks than they will need for both drafts.
If you are passing any picks at all could you please post this here so we can strike it off the draft list to save time.
Thank you.

Your not too bad only 2 more picks than spots on your list.
But are you using 39?

Vegas is right, though we may have to use a supplemental for Perris.

Hoping he gets picked up in the rookie

All delistings had to be done by Sunday at midnight so if a player isn't picked up you are stuck with them until midseason draft when you can delist 2 players for that.

Ah ok, I thought it was like the others where non afl listed players are automatically removed and then supplementals are used to get list to the right number.

No matter.

I wish haha I had players I wanted to keep but thought I'd better just delist them.
However we will be revisiting this for next season as I would prefer we delist after.

You could have had whatever format you wanted you're the admin :)

Reason I went with delist before was to try and have a bit of skill involved, but I don't care either way.

I like it this way, it's the way the AFL do it. Delist before and see what you can get in the drafts to fill the void. It can also help put a few rough diamonds back into the rook pool, if we delist after the rook draft we won't get that chance til midseason.

Ok because I am not a hardarse and because I really don't want people carrying non playing players on their lists all year all delisitings must be finalised by 11:59 Friday AEST which is after the other drafts and that is it after that time you will be stuck with players until mid season draft.

Means you can delist ZOB if nobody picks him up.
No not really soft at all,I was not going to do it but my actual preference is to have the delistings finalised after the AFL rookie draft but before we do our rookie draft.

So stoked with this one. Bailey Williams thanks, absolute ball magnet racking 56 in an under-18s game. Didn't play much junior footy hence why he fell back so far in the draft. Crazy upside!

Only key position talent left so I narrowed it down to two players - this one won because he could be either a forward or a defender (while the other only has a future as a KPP defender)

Vancouver select;

Eric Hipwood
