Title: ruck trades?
Post by: ynot1985 on March 21, 2010, 01:25:53 AM
Hi,

Im considering getting Sandi and Clarke as my Ruck

my question is if either get injuried and misses a few weeks, is it a better option to

A) trade for another ruck of similar/higher price
B) use your emergency ruck till they recover from their injuries

Im asking this because I have Warnock in my ruck and im trying to justify if its worth him on my bench as he is the most likely cheap ruck to play but yet cost 30K more than them

cheers

You should always try and have 1 playing reserve for those little niggling injuries. My combo is the same and I have Warnock

if it is a 2 or 3 week injury get cover from a benchie (warnock handy). if it is over a month, then trade out for another premium.

You can not tell who what where why when.
Research you players, go with what you feel and know ..take it from there

You could also watch to see who Hawthorn name as your option - probably will be Grimely but not 100%
