Title: Golby
Post by: jeesh on May 10, 2015, 04:55:28 AM
Can anyone make a case for this guy I know nothing about him. Was he injured at the start of the season or not considered best 22?

With Simpson ruled out I'm considering a rage trade and looking at the options don't really fancy any of em but Golby's average of 90 from 2 matches @ 314k seems pretty solid but can he keep it up?

Nope.

Just far too risky and short term.

If it were the last round of home and away and you needed a win to make finals, then maybe.

He has always been a decent SC scorer, but his JS has always been dodgy too

I asked Brisbane supporters about him a week or so ago, and the consensus was that his JS could be questionable

Scores well, but too risky to pick

This sounds alot like one of those trades you'll regret pretty soon after!

Harwood should be back next week, and he's ahead of Golby easily. So Golby may have to fight for a spot with Cutler, but I'd have Cutler slightly ahead of him as well.

Didn't trade. Have already made one silly trade this season trying to get points (Newnes to Whitecross trying to get Oxley's 148) didn't need another regrettable trade to look back upon. Only 1 quarter in but reckon I'm in with a sniff.

Cripps, Nic Nat + 8 points VS Rich, Gray
