Title: MacKenzie replacement?
Post by: shorty3264 on March 04, 2015, 01:06:49 PM
Who will replace him in the backline this season? Lost Glass, Mackenzie and Waters down there. Any cluey Eagles fans see some debutant's finding an spot early? Don't hear much over in Victoria. Cheers.

No debutants. Brown, Schofield and McGovern to gold down the key back posts this season now.

Doubly pissed we cut Blayne Train Wilson now :(

Oh yep. Of course. Yeh, tough to see all that unfolding the way it did. Very frustrating with injuries.

Darling could be gone for a long chunk too

Hard to compete when you lose half of your spine  :'(

Very true, but good to see Scooter back soon, we need another Priddis type getting the hard ball.

Anyone heard anything about the two young blokes Barrass and Powell? I know they both had a bad run with injuries last year but if they are fit could they get a run?

Powell is on the rookie list, and I cant see him getting elevated

Heard good things about Barrass, but not sure where he is at currently sorry. I'm sure someone else here can give better info :)

I'd say Murray Newman would be first in line
