Oh and Cloke is a spud :P

He is the forward lines "Big Potato"..no doubt..and when he is on fire he is a "Hot Potato", when he short passes..thats a "Potato Chip".. 8)

and when he loses his temper and starts having a go everyone, it's called a "Roast Potato" ;D

Vinny

Haha we see the Roast Potato far too often.

Cloke is a gun, 2014 Coleman Medallist.

Mark my words.

Has anyone seen or heard anything about Nathan Freeman?

Did a quick search and this is the latest thing I can find that mentions him from a couple of days ago...

http://www.collingwoodfc.com.au/news/2014-01-09/fledgling-magpies

Mostly just talking about how they try to get the best out of the younger players. Specifically mentions Freeman at the end:

"We're not neglecting the need to work on things they need to improve at, but when they're drafted, and Nathan Freeman comes to the club, and he's number one in the draft camp for repeat speed, well, we want to see that," McRae said.

"As early as yesterday we had him do a drill and he really stood out in the repeat effort stuff, and it was pleasing. We reward that. That's one of the things we ask and demand of players who come into our environment."

So sounds like he is fit at least :)

Vinny

They drafted him so they could leave him on the bench, stupid Pies. Wasting talent.

Sounds like he will be spending time in the forward line this year :)

Think he could maybe secure a full time spot up front if he does enough. Think he can push pass Ben Kennedy for a spot, as Buckley played him a lot this year. Speed is an issue for us, we're pretty slow apart from a few, haha.

T Dog

The word "eventually" ......may hold off early in getting him in

Yeah very true there mate. In the next year or two it will be a very tough team to break into, even tougher than now.

ubeaut

If Langdon gets a go round 1 what's the chance of him keeping a spot? Seedsman would have to come back in?

Toga

Where's Josh Thomas at? Last thing I could find on him was an article from February saying he was still a few weeks away with injury.

30 touches, 4 tackles and 6 goals for Kyle Martin in the VFL on the weekend. He destroys that comp! :o

Victim of Collingwood's mid depth? I think so.
