What trades to move closer towards complete team?

Hey all, see team below.  Basically I want to move towards a 'complete' team and although I have some very weak performing mids in there i'd say my priorities probably lie with defence and getting off Oxley and Saad, once that is done then I can get a bit more in to luxury trades.   My idea right now is a week early on Salem > Steele and then Oxley/Saad > Picken (maybe Hodge or Higgens)?

So anyway, what would you do?  if similar to above Oxley or Saad?  and to who?
