Hey MS, I'm not sure how to say this, but, unfortunately Docherty did his ACL again a while back and won't be playing this year. So you can whack the Bloos back down to the bottom 3 again. My sincerest condolences.

Hi GoLions,
Thank you for letting me know. However, during the off-season we picked up Nic Newman who will take his role. We will definitely without a doubt improve this year and surprise a lot of people.

Well using the AFL Ladder Predictor I got:

1. Richmond
2. Melbourne
3. West Coast
4. Greater Western Sydney
5. Geelong
6. Collingwood
7. Adelaide
8. Brisbane

9. Essendon
10. Port Adelaide
11. Sydney
12. Hawthorn
13. Western Bulldogs
14. North Melbourne
15. Fremantle
16. St. Kilda
17. Carlton
18. Gold Coast

But that's probably heavily bias ;)

I did a rough thing in the ladder predictor and got this

Dees
Eagles
Giants
Swans

Pies
Cats
Port
Tigers

Hawks
Crows
Lions
Bombers
North

Freo
Dogs
Blues
Suns
Saints

Looking at the summary I had Dees and Eagles separated by percentage

GWS clear a game in third

Pies and Swans separated by percentage

Geelong make the 8 due to the large amount of games in Geelong. If it was played at the G/Marvel they would probably be out. Richmond benefit from a good run at the G at the end of the season to lock in a top 8 spot. I had them all in the 15-13 win range.

Hawks, Crows and Lions were all a couple of games out and were separated by percentage

Dons and North aren't far behind and probably aren't helped by their draws.

Freo I think will improve unless Ross Lyon royally screws up the fact they finally have a forward line. I don't know if the midfield bats deep enough and probably kills them on the road this year.

Dogs and Carlton I have on a whopping 4 wins with Carlton winning their first game in round 10  :-X

Having said that, I think Dogs and Blues will be in a lot of close ones and just fail to get over the line. Dogs probably win a few more but selling games is going to bite them in the ass this year from a wins perspective.

Saints and Suns I have at 2 a piece. Both these teams are flat out bad. I think Saints and us are probably looking at a bottom 2 finish this year.
