It's crazy Zz, we have 25 and 19 year old Keepers. My 25 y.o one is probably what your 19 y.o will look like and my 19 y.o may end up like what your 25 y.o looks like :P.

Agree with the others, I'd usually go Keep-Bat training unless the Batting/Tech starts lagging behind a bit too much then I'd switch over to that for a short time to a level I'd be happy with. I reckon he could easily get to Spec Keeping by the end of the season, but could also work that Tech up to Accomplished first then go back to Keeper-Bat to avoid the tech gap forming.

ratings may show my seam looks good that is pittman but haider (even though he took wickets) & meyer are not really good enough anymore but i have no one else and not a lot of cash for the TM

depends what country you are in

easiest way is to hover over your country (Scotland for me is 3rd from the left on menu Club, Office, Scotland)
from the drop down 2nd one is Schedule
click that

I think it's 4 hours before games start in your particular country. So in SL, 01:30. Then there's weather, Ground, Pitch updates sometime between 3hrs-2hrs prior to match start.

So turns out I got some of these mixed up so ignore that. That's why I like to do what Daz said and just check the Schedule. Too much to remember and tbh not worth remembering :P
