Interesting to see that fielding and keeper-batsman are much greater increasing than others.
I will do this with my Senior squad too, and I'm going to train some players in fitness and strength to see how they compare to other training  ;)

Justin Bieber

Fielding pops in 4-6 weeks depending on academy. It trains one of the fastest in Youths.

How do fitness and strength train compared to others in both youth and senior HP?

Justin Bieber

Fitness is usually the same throughout the years until 30. Strength goes fastest at mid 20's, so isn't ideal for Youths unless you want them in the U19 NAT's (if they have a shot at being one).

Fielding works fastest with Youths so I try to get my Youths up to Ave (last season) but Ord this season to get it out of the way. It saves runs so why not :). But I'm big on Fielding and getting into Endurance soon enough.

roo boys!

Primaries train quickly for youths also though so try and harness that ;)

Bazinga

Cheers guys  ;)  Working out a proper training is difficult to get right, but is extremely important in the long run. I'd like to work out how different training patterns work for players of all ages.

Justin Bieber

Academies improve training by 3% per level of academy. Doesn't seem like much but once you go up a few levels, turns into 10% and then 20% ;).

That's why I invest in academies for my long term benefit.

I've just worked out that I need to start investing more in my senior academy rather than my youths. Currently investments are at 36K for senior and 14K for youth
