Colorado Avalanche 19.8.122 defeated Anaheim Mighty Ducks 14.10.96
(Real: 1829 vs 1435)
Was really hoping this would be a close game, possibly even a win for Anaheim considering they scored 231SC more than Colorado last week. Instead, it was a slaughter and not even having two potatoes as Duck CCs mattered in the end - 149 and 113 for the Colorado CCs compared to 57 and 36 for Anaheim is right up there with the biggest discrepancies. Can Anaheim win a game? And, more importantly, can it be before the mid-season draft?
Ottawa Otters 20.7.127 defeated New Brooklyn Hawks 16.13.109
(Real: 1899 vs 1628)
A big loss on paper for NBH, and just as big of a loss in Steely Jack's injury. Again, Ottawa's steady captaincy duo of 113 and 149 (albeit as C and VC) dwarfed the Hawks, who put up 74 and 83. Can Ottawa push for finals? Idk, I haven't done a ladder in a hot minute, but maybe.
Houston Bombers 20.9.129 defeated Chicago Sharks 15.16.106
(Real: 1940 vs 1596)
The Jacks get it done for Houston, with a little help from normal spuds Wines, SPP and DBJ piling onto Norf, while Chicago just couldn't get the ball rolling - embarrassing to have Jack Silvagni in your best handful of players tbh.
Quito Quetzals 19.6.120 lost to Boston Terriers 19.12.126
(Real: 1797 vs 1884)
Ruck hoarders win again >:(
Las Vegas Sinners 21.11.137 defeated San Francisco Grizzlies 15.11.101
(Real: 2058 vs 1508)
Coniglio and Williams dead, can I get a MSD priority pick? (If anybody else notices these reviews are getting shorter and shorter it's because I want to get back to playing Evil Dead)
Wisconsin Cockerels 19.12.126 defeated Carolina Panthers 19.9.123
(Real: 1887 vs 1852)
Wisconsin were solid across the board and probably deserved the win. As for Carolina...Kelly's 156 as captain, and 5 other 110+ scores, were more than cancelled out by scorers of 51, 48, 48, and 46 from, to name and shame, JDaicos, Stanley, Casboult and Howard.
