I heard some people will have access to it on the 16th or the 17th. So if its the 16th for example than the list lodgement of 40 players or less will need to be in by the 15th at 11:59pm AEST and trading period would close 14th at 11:59pm AEST.

Im not getting access to the DPP lists so will need to find away to get them

2 days before the dpp lists come out, i need to work out when they are coming.
