HUGE SHOCK
Anthony Bennett goes pick 1
Damn, he was supposed to slide to the Kings at pick #7
Possible trade to Portland involving Aldridge
Oladipo at pick 2
Obvious choice for Orlando
I just saw Shane Battier is doing interviews at the draft. I wonder if he will flop off stage?
YES MY ROY TIP, VICTOR OLADIPO!
Dayum there is still some quality left for the Wizards! :D John Wall can do it by himself but gun team-mates are nice.
Otto Porter Jr 3rd pick
This draft is CRAZY
Cody Zeller to Charlotte

Suns have to take Mclemore if they dont they are stupid.
Unbelievable - this still leaves Mclemore, Burke, Noel and Len available

This draft is brilliant.... if you're a Kings fan. So many great options available to us
Kings have so many issues.... not including the recent ability of the owners trading picks for cash

As an overall - yes, this is not a talented draft but the early picks are still quality. I expected the top 5 (talents) to be gone by pick #7. So now it has some excitement.
All good picks so far imo, Noel is very raw, and injured
Alex Len to Phoenix
Alex Len to the Suns. Not sure about that choice.

He also has no offensive game
Noel going to Pelicans which was the right pick
Nerlen Noel to Pelicans
Pelicans have some serious interior shot blocking, they will be a tough team in 2-3 years
McLemore to the Kings?
Hopefully Trey Burke doesnt go to DET or MIN, that kid could play now...
Stern asking to be booed (http://content.boards.philadelphiaeagles.com/public/style_emoticons/default/sideroll.gif)
You beauty
Ben McLemore to the Kings
So the top 7 guys were the ones everyone expected, just in a weird order.
Hopefully Burke goes to Dallas or Utah, otherwise he will be warming the bench...
Noel to Philly apparently... Bynum involved?
you would think so if the trade goes ahead
You f'ing kidding me, Jrue and a 1st for that bust
Caldwell Pope to Pistons
Chad Ford @chadfordinsider10s
The Sixers are swapping Jrue Holiday and a 2014 1st rounder for Nerlens Noeal. 2014 pick is protected 1-3
What a F'ing stupid trade

Interesting trade.
Wow that really shocks me :o
Bynum must be leaving...

Interested to see what else they do move wise bcos that makes no flowering sense, clearing cap to sign Bynum and "Friend?"
I like this McCollum kid! Think there might be some more big moves...
McCollum or Burke was who I thought the Kings would get at 7. From all reports both are handy players.

Bynum is a spud. Jrue just turned 23 and was an All Star this year. 6'ers can seriously go F themselves
Trey Burke to Utah for picks 14 and 21.....
a lot to give up for the best PG in the draft i think
I like the Trey Burke trade.

6'ers were going nowhere with Jrue, good trade for them. Now lets see what happens with Bynum! Will be interesting :)
So Philly gets Noel, a 2014 first rounder and drafted Jrue Holdiay's replacement, MCW, who's not owed $40 million.
They win, good move 76ers.
Steven Adams to OKC, great pick for Thunder.

They could build around Jrue, they can't build around one guy who doesn't see the court and another that will bust out in two years. Great trade Philly, great trade

Anthony Bennett goes pick 1
he will be traded right?
They have tristan thompson at PF and the plan is to target a SF (marion?) and hopefully James next year.
I just dont see where he fits.
Kiwi goes to the Thunder Steven Adams
the NZ C Steven Adams the first of 2 picks OKC got from the Harden trade
"Protection on New Orleans pick to Philly in the Nerlens Noel/Jrue Holiday is 1-to-5 in 2014 draft, sources tell ESPN."

BOSTON!!! GOOD MOVE AINGE.
Jay Dallas traded that pick to Boston and Dallas have 2 2nd round picks because they have no cap room
so they need picks in the second round due to first round picks having guaranteed contracts in the salary cap

As soon as Bynum flopped they were in rebuild. They just lost their best asset and still have the dead weight in ET, Hawes, Kwame and co. Noel is coming off a knee with no offensive game, they drafted a PG who can't shoot as a replacement for a 23 year old All Star, and a pick which will likely be high end lottery next season and even if they do bust out is protected from 1-5. They were tanking next year for Wiggins, Jrue or no Jrue, this is a bad trade.
@JHarden13 Steven Adams loooooooooooooooool
Muhammad picked by the Jazz but is likely to be traded
C's gave up two second round picks to move up in the draft.

lol Dallas have no cap space..... thats why the Mavs traded the pick, the Celtics gave up nothing
"Dallas has traded the 16th pick and Jared Cunningham to Atlanta for the 18th pick and No. 44, source says."
So Dallas have turned #13 to #18 and #44. Definitely trying to save cap space.... Maybe they want to make a play at Dwight or CP3

Boston have already won the draft.... but why have they got another centre?
didnt they get Melo last season?
Jayman pointed it out in the other thread - the 2nd centre goes to Atlanta via trade.

We traded 2 second rounders to move up 3 spots in the draft, resulting in getting Kelly Olynyk. We need a big man, he has glossy offensive stats.
Yes but Melo isn't good. No feel for the game.

But he was never gonna get past the Magic. McLemore was not supposed to make it past 4 or 5.

Yep Kings got a steal, but how will Mclemore, Tyreke and DMC work? All the 3 want to be THE MAN...
McLemore is a pure shooter and doesnt require the ball in his hands. The concern at the Kings is we now have 4 x SG's
Tyreke
McLemore
Jimmer
Thornton
and only 1 genuine PG in Isaiah Thomas

I think that is also Mclemore's weakness, he can't create his own shot like say McCollum?

That's why McLemore is a good fit at the Kings. Tyreke and Isaiah love the ball in their hands so having someone who can get free to hit the long range shot is good for us. Plus his height means he is not going to get found out on the defensive end.

agreed thats why i wanted him at the cavs. Irving loves the ball in his hands and if they got james he does too. Sometimes you just need that guy to kick it out to a shoot it.

I'm just not sure Kings need another shoot-first guard.
Which is why there has been a lot of talk about moving Jimmer or Tyreke on. I think Jimmer or Thornton are the ones that need to be moved first (Jimmer 1st).

By the way, what the actual f*ck with that 76ers and Pelicans trade. Jrue is going to be a superstar. Pelicans are set up for years with Jrue, Gordon (heard about a potential trade to the Suns btw) and the brow all superstars. Plus i'd imagine they'll trade Vasquez who was killing it last year.
I hate Philly. Only reason I liked them was Jrue.
Nets for 2nd seed in the East......
Nets for the championship. I hate them, but now they have to be my 2nd favourite team :'(
Pierce and KG needa go out on a high.

76ers won the draft and it isn't even close. Got Noel + Hornets 1st round pick next season for Jrue as well as drafting Michael Carter Williams.
Still terrible enough next season to have a real shot at Wiggins or Parker.
Losers are Cleveland; taking Bennett #1 is a terrible terrible terrible pick. Bennett too short to play PF in the league and too slow to play SF, disgraceful pick.
And New Orleans; Davis-Noel front court would've been so damn good in 3-4 years, massive block party but they traded him and their first rounder next season (most likely top 8 pick) for Jrue Holiday despite already having a point guard in Vasquez.
