The rookies Mitchell and Clark

RaisyDaisy

Yeah the rookies go without saying

Gresh is the one I am keen to see - if he is in fact spending more time in the midfield then he could be my answer to that troublesome F2/F3 spot

That's my thinking too right now.

He's been locked in my AF side since I registered, expecting a breakout.

I haven't gone through the detailed stats just yet, but my first take on the game overall.

Membrey was the clear BOG. Was covering the ground very well. I don't feel he is a worthy pick for SC as being a KPP he will be up and down.

Im pretty impressed by the Saint's depth. Hill is just all class.

Gresham was solid and played primarially in the midfield, Im still not convinced that he is going to breakout and average more than 90.

Ceglar, McEvoy going down with a corky was frustrating as it didn't allow us to truly see how they would play with both in the side. Jury is still out, but there is a good chance of him as a Fwd option, which might allow for a non GG ruck option being more viable.

Mitchell, was rusty, but clearly still knows how to get the ball.

Wingard I wasn't really impressed by, not for me this year.

Greaves was good, I still want to see how he lines up with sicily in the team, but he did his chances of a R1 match no harm.

King, shown enough that I wouldn't be surprised if he starts R1, but would be a bench option at best. Could see him scoring well at times and be a solid cash cow when he puts up the 100 that he will at some point.

Going to need Gresham to show the potential to be full time mid.  Jumped on him last year and got burnt.   Maybe just a year too early.   Will wait and see.

Yeah had my eye on him maybe a year to early ? think he is going to throw some decent scores along with the 50's and 60's like last year could be wrong though but a player for the future think I might pass.

How did Bonar look out there?
He looked ok but they have Higgins , Ziebell , Polec , Brown , Hall , Davies-Uniacke , Tarrant , Wood to come in I know they are not all mids but he might need a bit of luck.
