Glass captain for another season  ;D

His vice-captains will be key forward Josh Kennedy and uncompromising midfielder Scott Selwood, while rounding out the leadership group with will be champion ruckman Dean Cox and inaugural John Worsfold medallist Matt Priddis.

Tough half-back Beau Waters, vice-captain for the past three years, took the selfless stance of speaking to his peers ahead of the vote and discounting himself from the process. He would prefer to focus his attention on his rehabilitation from a shoulder injury and simply playing more senior football in 2014.
He is, however, a natural leader who will have a strong input within the group even if he is not formally anointed within the leadership structure.

The board would also like to acknowledge the contribution of Beau Waters as vice-captain for the last three years. While he has stepped aside to focus on getting his body right, though is no reason why he cannot resume a leadership role in the future.

Good to see they stayed with him as Cpt, great player and leads from the front well the back really you know what I mean.

Good to see Glass still as skipper. Still one of the most underrated players in the AFL.

Hope Waters can get his body right too. Been so unlucky with injuries and he is such a talent. Sad to see his career wasted on injury rehabilitation.

This would most likely be Glass' last year, so Kennedy or Priddis will take over next season?

Kennedy, Scooter, Waters and Pridda all good options.

Also think Eric McKenzie and Luke Shuey have enormous leadership potential.
