I lmao at Wilfred. So out there but very funny to me.
Australian series much better than the american one though

No flowers in the USA

Yeh gotta agree prefer the Aussie version.
Absolutely agree 100%.

I must say, I hate it when the US takes shows from Aus/Britain and tries to adjust it to fit their humour.

This has happened to me way too many times:

Other Dude: "Do you watch 'The Office'?"
Me: "I flowering love The Office!"
Other Dude: "Steve Carell is hilarious!"
Me: "Oh, the US version..."

+1. Look up the American version of the Inbetweeners on YouTube. Awesome show, ruined by the Yanks.
+1 they also tried it with the IT crowd and it lasted one show and its only on Youtube and never got televised in USA. There now wont be any more new eps of IT crowd

I've only ever watched the US version of The Office and i think it's hilarious.
I also forgot to put Friends on my list earlier.

kilbluff1985

yeah the US Version of Inbetweeners is crap

i had "Homeland" on my to watch list for a while watching it now and really liking it

Yeh that's freaking hard to do.  We did it for a pre-season training drill one year for footy - only 2 blokes managed to go up 1 rung (I wasnt one of them)

@marcz

I do a similar thing as training for footy (not as extreme as you do).

9km/h for 1 minute
14km/h for 1 minute
9km/h for 1 minute
15km/h for 1 minute
9km/h for 1 minute
16km/h for 1 minute
9km/h for 1 minute
17km/h for 1 minute
9km/h for 1 minute
18km/h for 1 minute
9km/h for 1 minute
19km/h for 1 minute
9km/h for 1 minute

Break for 5 mins and then repeat 3 more times with a 5 min break in between each set.

nice Valk!!! do u do it often? i like to do something everyday but i just started weights two weeks ago and the soreness was killing my ex bike routine which was similar to TABATA but mixing up the duration of the sprints and went for 30-60 minutes or 20-40km in distance, long story short i had to go with less volume higher intensity so i can stay fresh-ish for weights

Twice a week in the off-season (1 day a week footy training) and once a week during the season (2 footy training sessions)

That way I still do 3 sessions a week

good effort.

Im only doing some stair work at the moment.

up 120 stairs in about 50 secs, one foot per step, then walk down and then both feet each step. twice a day

I used this t/mill workout for a while i find it works really well for middle distance running..

Find the speed that you could hole for about 3-4km straight, probly 10-12km..?(we'll call it 10km p/h)

This is a 4km run that will kick yo ass!!

0-->750m         @ 10kph
Turn incline up 1(leave it on 1)
750m -->1km    @ 15kph

1km-->1.75km @ 10kph
Turn incline up 1(leave it on 2)
1.75km-->2km @ 16kph

2km-->2.75km @ 10kph
Turn incline up 1(leave it on 3)
2.75-->3km     @17kph

3km-->3.75km @ 10kph
Turn incline up 1(leave it on 4)
3.75-->4.00km @ 18kph

Hope this makes sense, its not actually that complicated basically u just pick a base speed and sprint the last 250m of every km and slowly increase the incline..

What u guys think of that?

RiOtChEsS

yeah nice guys good work!!!

i chubbed up over winter and have just shed 15kgs in 6wks, now im working on building some guns :D

monstrum

thats really good man, keep it up!

obviousley staying away from the pizza..?  :P
