He's still 23 though, give Luigi a break! He is a good, sorry, expert bowler who just needs to be trained up on fielding and get played every week.
No he is not. When you're exp is that bad, you're no good. Don't waste your time IMHO.

Better off with a workable 20 y.o who might develop into something, the fact you think he is good says something.
Getting technical here. Next to the guys name it says bowling - expert. Therefore he is expert at bowling.

It's not the bowling which is bad (well not soo great for a 23 yo but we will let that slide). It is because he only has reliable tech, that is only acceptable for 20 year olds. He has poor fielding which is just crap and has dreadful experience, my youth players have better experience than that! Experience is a very important thing in this game...
I have two 24 y.o batters who are Expert Batters......

chrisuzz

Roy Malcolm - fielding - capable--->reliable
Padraig McLoughlin - fielding - reasonable--->capable
Murray Scott - endurance - reasonable--->capable

Malcolm a keeper, what should i train now?

McLoughlin, rel/rel batter, with reas power, reas endo, cap fielding gonna get him rel fielding then concentrate on primaries, 20yo, gun!

CrowsFan

Why would you be training someone on batting training if they are atrocious? Surely that is just a waste as they will never amount to anything good

PowerBug

Please do not comment on my training selections. As i've only been playing for a few months, i think, have you CF seen more pops in one week? Just curious.
