We're back baby! 1796 add Jack, Stef Martin, and sub (Leuenberger, current lowest score 64), should be a decent shot at topping 2000 (or at least come very close to it).
Knowing us tho we'll probably still find a way to lose it.
Quito-Colorado, Houston-Las Vegas, Anaheim-Carolina, and Chicago-Boston all look pretty close on paper atm (I'll be doing all the scores again)
Santiago and San Francisco look to be the only relative-certainties at this stage, with SF needing a 113 from Leuenberger to crack the 2000 (thanks a lot, Jack and Stef).
Anaheim
D: Enright 57, Birchall 90, Fantasia, Rosa 52
M: Danger 198 (VC), Hannebery 272 (C), Boak 103, Greenwood, Bell 70, B Smith 82

I/C: Seedsman 60, Tippa, Tucker 34
Emerg: Hombsch (D), B Jacobs (M). Goodyear (M), Butler (sub)
1133/11 not including Turner cause will get Butler's score for him
Quick update: Colorado*, Houston*, Santiago*, Carolina**, San Francisco**, and Boston* looking the winners, without looking at WCE-Pies scores
*will be relatively close and with some luck the result could go the other way
**pretty much guaranteed victories
Flower off Nic Nat has +100 SC points... That's the worst case of SC bias I've ever seen (and I have Gaj in my side)

Pre-scaling I think you've lost by 58 SC points, so even if Cd was not biased I'm pretty sure you still would have lost unfortunately.
Quito Quetzals 16.13.109 lost to Colorado Avalanche 17.15.117
(Real: 1636 vs 1749)
Coming into this game, both teams were on 2-3, placed 7th and 8th, and really needed the victory to boost their chances of playing finals football. Lachie Hunter (154) saw this need and delivered as vice-captain as the Avalanche got back on even terms, while Quito fall to 2-4. Quito's midfield was mostly good, with scores of 70, 97, 130, 134, 103, and 109 - it's unfortunate that they picked the 70 as captain and 97 as vice-captain.
Best
Quito: Barlow, Gibbs, Lycett, Cooney, Polec, Simpson, Goddard
Colorado: Hunter, Bartel, Hickey, Scully, Redden, Murphy, Curnow
Houston Bombers 15.17.107 defeated Las Vegas Sinners 15.16.106
(Real: 1604 vs 1592)
Heartbreak for the Sinners as Jack Crisp's late 124 as the sub gets the Bombers home! Both teams were hurt by passengers, with Houston's HGA of just 14 proving the difference in the clash. The Bombers straighten to 3-3, but weren't very impressive in doing so.
Best
Houston: Motlop, Crisp, Walters, Hill, Sloane, Ellis
Las Vegas: Caddy, Franklin, Mitchell, Tippett
Ottawa Otters 19.10.124 defeated Santiago Cockerels 18.12.120
(Real: 1864 vs 1798)
In an opposite style of game to our previous match, the Otters win at home in a high scoring game. Although underdogs heading into the final stretch, Naitanui and Treloar (c) were sensational, while Mackenzie (44) struggled - as did his namesake McKenzie, who was subbed off for just 12 after coming in to replace Mark Baguley. Otters climb to 3-3, while Santiago probably drop their share of the ladder lead.
Best
Ottawa: Naitanui, Hogan, Grigg, Hanley, Treloar, Jones, Cunnington, Prestia
Santiago: Whitfield, Macrae, Shuey, Zorko, Waite, Billings, Ablett, Duncan, Rampe
Anaheim Mighty Ducks 15.15.105 lost to Carolina Panthers 18.13.121
(Real: 1574 vs 1816)
Just far too many passengers for Anaheim as they fall to 3-3 with 10 scores at or below 60, where the Panthers will join them after an impressive performance on the other side of the states. Eerily, both teams nailed their captaincy decisions: both had their captain top-score for the team (Hannebery and Ward), and their vice-captain score second most (Dangerfield and Martin) - and Carolina's EVC Stevie J had their third highest score. Coincidence...I think not!
Best
Anaheim: Hannebery, Dangerfield, Greene, Boak
Carolina: Ward, Martin, Johnson, Boyd, Shiel, Kelly, Kennedy
New Brooklyn Hawks 16.13.109 lost to San Francisco Grizzlies 20.10.130
(Real: 1639 vs 1957)
Another week, another mauling by the Grizzlies...where was this the first month? 7 scores over 110, highlighted by co-captain Shaw's 143 and Tom Hawkins' 140, went a long way for the Grizzlies - although they had solid consistency too, with Miles' 64 being the lowest score (and the sub not being activated). Daisy Thomas was very good for the Hawks and Acres showed potential as the sub, but they were not good enough at home as they fall to 3-3.
Best
New Brooklyn: Thomas, Jacobs, Acres, Houli, Gunston, Blicavs
San Francisco: Shaw, Hawkins, Thompson, Viney, Steven, Coniglio, Swallow, Pittard, Guthrie
Chicago Sharks 16.15.111 lost to Boston Terriers 16.16.112
(Real: 1667 vs 1680)
Another one-point win this round as the Sharks desperately unlucky - if they named Lobb (120) sub over Oliver (DNP) they would have won! That's gotta hurt. Terriers stay at the top, although they probably don't deserve to, while the Sharks are knocked down to 4-2.
Best
Chicago: Parker, Selwood, Menzel, Wells
Boston: Robinson, Riewoldt, LeCras, Dahlhaus, Neale, Rich, Smith, Pendlebury
knew we were getting lucky in those early rounds
Flowering M(a)c(k/K)enzies!!!! >:(
A lot of players need to get the chop but I always bring in the wrong depth player
Too many passengers and not enough premiums to get the win
Very disappointed in that effort (Kennedy owes me 7 goals next week) :'(

There's a few players I'll be looking to off-load - I'll leave it to the players to decide whether their fantasy footballing abilities would better serve another fantasy football club hahaha
why did I make Oliver sub? What was I thinking... hahaha

Hahaha yess! Up the Otters! A sneaky comeback underdog victory is fine by me.
Bad luck PSK, definitely the better team of the two of us, I got very lucky I reckon. Still got a soft spot for my old boys at Santiago!
