Fixture
AAA
Western Australia v Venezuela
4th v 1st: Important for both but crucial to WA - a loss could see them on the bring of slipping out of the top 5
QLD/NT Peru
12th v 7th: Peru simply can't afford to lose this one, and while QLD/NT are out of the running, they can still cause some pain
Victoria v Argentina
2nd v 9th: Victoria need just the one more win to secure a spot in the top 5, and they probably have that anyway, while it is now or never for Argentina
Cote d'Ivoire v Mexico
11th v 3rd: Mexico's fairytale run could come crashing down still, but I wouldn't think so playing against the struggling Cote d'Ivoire
Egypt v California
8th v 6th: Could effectively be an elimination final, hard to see either coming back from a loss here
South Africa v Chile
10th v 5th: Chile's poor percentage could mean they might need to win both matches, while South Africa definitely can't lose any
EurAsia
Denmark v Pakistan
9th v 11th: Too late for Pakistan, but Denmark are holding onto hope
United Kingdom v Thailand
1st v 7th: A loss would make it very difficult for Thailand to make the final 5, while the UK will need to win both to hold onto top spot.
Ireland v Sri Lanka
5th v 3rd: A top 5 clash, Ireland have heap of teams breathing down its neck, while Sri Lanka aren't secure yet either (and are a minor premiership chance.
Russia v Israel
6th v 10th: Russia's momentum is strong, and you'd back them against Israel
France v India
4th v 2nd: A win and minor premiership hopes are alive, a loss and they are back in the pack
Germany v Japan
12th v 8th: Japan can't drop this game

Yeah but Carlton are SC killers with all their run with players. Think I'd rather be playing Hawthorn than Carlton from an SC point of view lol

Fixture
AAA
Western Australia 5/317 v Venezuela 5/481
WA fell over big time, handing Venezuela another trophy! Well done Venezuela!
QLD/NT 5/373 v Peru 5/426
Peru gets a good victory, as QLD/NT have only one week left to get another win
Victoria 5/530 v Argentina 5/389
Very convincing win to Victoria, Argentina struggled across the board
Cote d'Ivoire 5/365 v Mexico 5/510
Mexico keeps it big streak alive, they are looking one of the big favourites
Egypt 5/360 v California 5/448
California keeps title hopes alive with a strong victory over a now struggling Egypt
South Africa 5/623 v Chile 5/480
Unbelievable. Sigh. Well done South Africa! Way too good, how do you compete against that?
EurAsia
Denmark 5/447 v Pakistan 5/271
The Danes easily over a non-competitive Pakistan
United Kingdom 5/449 v Thailand 5/443

Venezuela and Victoria are in the final 10, with Venezuela taking out the conference.
Mexico are likely in also (again, they qualified in 12th spot!), unless an extremely unlikely series of events occurs.
California play South Africa next week in what acts as an elimination final (though a win to South Africa still doesn't guarantee them). Peru in prime position if they defeat the struggling Cote d'Ivoire, while WA need to beat Argentine if they are any chance.
Poor old Chile need everything to go right for them, it doesn't look good. While Egypt and Argentina need nothing short of a miracle.

UK and France are in, UK in prime position to take out the flag, with France needing to rely on UK losing to Sri Lanka and beating Pakistan for them to make it.
Ireland would be feeling fairly good about its chances win or lose, but it isn't a certainty, so a win would be better, and India and Sri Lanka have destiny in its own hands. Sri Lanka may need to beat ladder leader UK to do it though
Russia and Japan will play each other, with the winner needing to rely on other results going its way. Thailand and Denmark also need a win, and hope other loses go its way.

Yep ..almost snatched it, Smith and Hill had to make up 14 points and Jack's score ... glad the Swans player went long instead of the easy option to Jack all on his own in the dying seconds of the game :o . I had a feeling it was going to be close with Hawks playing Freo.
