how should i train him now?

any other thoughts?
was thinking keeping then batting then tech again then power picking up endo pops on the way?

I'd go Keeper Batsmen training until he gets to Spec/spec/spec then do the Power training

TBH, it doesn't matter which training you use, his Tech will increase equally with each training, it will just come down to which one you want to train first....

Using Knobhead's Player Predictor, in 1 weeks worth of training, here are the % increases in Tech, for these 3 types of training;

Batting - 33.8% of rating points
Keeping - 21%
Keeper Batsmen - 21.7%

However, based on the Ratings gain per type of training, they all come out to be an increase in 67.92 rating points against Tech per week. That's based on my Excellent YA, so those rating points will obviously differ per level of academy.

With his Gifted Tech, you will get an increase in that rating of according to Rob of 17.5%
