Evander Crawford to Ordinary Endurance. At 8 and possibly going into Seniors, it need works :-\.
Luc Rabou to Poor Experience.
Barry Smart to Reasonable Fielding. Going to Capable before going for Rel/Rel (Wristy so if I can do fielding now, Seniors = Primary whoring).
Teddy Evans to Reasonable Technique. Ave/Rea/Rea at 17, may aim for Cap/Cap/Cap all round at 20 with decent secondaries.
Albert Aparo to Reasonable Technique. Ave/Rea Finisher at 17 but with my recent pull, have to sell :'(.
Darrin Selk to Average Batting.

A good week for a youth in my side this week. Good thing is 6 of those pops are only 16 years old. Montgomery and Drysdale are good pops for next seasons team. Drysdale will take over from Ross as keeper for 2 seasons while Montgomery will be the strike bowler

James Garland: Technique to average. (Makes him ave/ave now)
Gakere Odhiambo: Fielding to ordinary (My most exciting young player, ave/ord/reas All-rounder at 17yo)
Mitchell van de Bergh: Fielding to average (Now let's me focus on his bowling)
Stephen Roach: Batting to capable (My best pop, it'll make him a bit more exciting at EOS at cap/reas. Not much, but more exciting)

Cap/reli now. He also had his 50th YOD game a couple of weeks ago.

Abongile Sodumo - Strength - Accomplished --> Expert
Cheikh Souza - Fielding - Reasonable --> Capable
David Russell - Fielding - Reasonable --> Capable.

Cheikh is going to be sold at EOS anyway. Due to crapness.
David will probably be sold as well if I get that fasty (unlikely) but if not I'll be happy to keep him (outs/outs 21 y.o med w. cap endo/fielding)
Abongile is becoming quite the secondary beast now, gave up on primaries because he seemed to be doing fine with exp/exp, now with exp power, fielding and endo he is truly...an expert player ;D
