Robert Donfeld - Power to ordinary
Douglas Rees - Fielding to ordinary

Had Mathea on tech training so instead of being an 18 y.o reas/reas he is cap/avg...

I love Mahmood ;D If I'd pulled him earlier in the season He would be a future NAT not as likely now :(

Tech Gap CF... Skilled tech & Reas Keeping & Batting helps... and the fact I can see what his competition his. not many great 16 yo keepers for us...

Mathew Batty - fielding - dreadful--->poor
Derek Driscoll - batting - reasonable--->capable
Shamsuddin Hussain - technique - average--->reasonable
Norval Jackman - batting - average--->reasonable
Clement Josephs - fielding - ordinary--->average
Zaki Kalil - endurance - ordinary--->average

Driscoll is an 18yo who hasnt played all season but will be a starter next season, good future ahead for U19s next season for my team :)

Hussain and Jackman both 17yo, one will make the U19 team next season.

Josephs, cap/cap, NBB, medium , 18yo, quality player :)

Kalil, good pop another one of those guys thatll be playing U19s next season :)

Looking to have a gun team for youths next season :)

Considering I play a bot and a guy who's close to a bot. He'll probably play my last 2 one day games, with us still in a promotion battle in youth I can't play him there at the moment

Wouldn't really say we are in a battle anymore. You have that spot sewn up. A game clear plus NRR and you play a guy who rates 45k and another 88k. You might as well play him against the 45k guy at least ;)

Probs should be in the spare ratings thread, but is still relevent here :P

Padman was on 1k spare ratings when i started his batting training again and he now has 2,158 spare ratings, 1,158 worth of batting training, how long till a batting pop would you say?

Not expecting an answer :P maybe from Baz as i know he enjoys his numbers ;)
