I think he is just doing fielding to keep the wages down. I looked at some of the players and their other skills are poor and dreadful...

Crawford and Kroos the future of my Batting/Keeping :). Crawf a Ave/Ave Accumulator (now going onto Fielding). Kross is going to be Anderson's replacement and happy that at least he'll be Reasonable by next season's games :). Experience pops are nice 8).

i am doing what you did and put my training on fielding for everyone besides Ngilu!

If he's looking at keeping the Youth wages down, don't invest anything in the Youth academy and keep the minimum required (12) in there. Doesn't hurt if he can land some $400 16/17 year olds.

But I went to an extent Hilly! Youths to Ord/Ave and 20/21 y.o's to Cap! Then Reliable for 23-25 y.o's.

yeah true, but if it has taken less than a season to get to outs fielding he is still in the youth team a couple seasons on keeping training and it will be even

and i have nothing in my youth, i haven't put anything in there.

Haha! Outs in a season :o. If that's a 16 y.o I'd pay to have him!! ;D. Usually only 4 weeks until a fielding pop in a good academy (If I can remember).
