Can I just check that HGA was added for my game? when I looked yesterday nothing was coming up for it (I'm only bringing it up simply because it would make a difference!)

I inputted both our teams and tallied up both our scores myself, so I can confirm it was, and I double checked because it was so close and I was freaking out that I was gonna lose even with HGA, but I'm relieved that it actually got me over the line instead.

I believe Huggy would have probably been referring to the OP. Common practice for home team to be listed first, not sure why this isn't the case in the spreadsheet. It also says last time we played that Macedonian Wolves 'lost to' Swiss Storm, which usually indicates they had HGA because they were listed first last season.

In the google doc the team listed second is the home team. This was to make it easier rather then flipping all teams.

On the opening post of fanfooty the home team is the first team.

well the easiest thing to do is to change it in the opening post, as the spreadsheet is all integrated.

i know that different to the AFL so thats why i changed it. unless anyone disgrees ill do it like this from here on.

If people dont like that then will need to go through the spreadsheet and change.

I'm not against that. Maybe if we actually get every coach to nominate their 'home ground' so that Holz can list the venue in the weekly thread OP and avoid any confusion.

For example, my team's would be St. Jakob-Park, which is actually the largest stadium in Switzerland. It's not hard for a coach to take all of 2 mins to Google a stadium in their team's country and pick one.

Also gives the comp a bit more character.
