#14
Colorado Avalanche 16.11.107 lost to Carolina Panthers 19.7.121
(Real: 1609 vs 1813)

A somewhat disappointing end to an up-and-coming season for the Avalanche, as they basically book Carolina's finals campaign and seal the top six, save for a big Houston win over Boston (not happening). A 161 as captain is always going to be hard to beat, even when his vice only manages 11, as the Panthers gather some momentum heading into finals. Grundy and Kelly back will be very big!

Boston Terriers 16.12.108 defeated Houston Bombers 15.12.102
(Real: 1626 vs 1523)

They may not have gathered the % they would have needed to make finals, but the win was right there on offer for Houston, as Boston only manage three tons (crucially two were the CCs and they were both 120+) and 5 scores under 55 by veteran players, but Houston managed to be comfortably worse in a very disappointing end to Houston's season, which teetered on the in and around the edge o finals for the most part. On to next season and a new Lachie Hunter, while Boston will need to improve ASAP to make it come finals.

Las Vegas Sinners 18.12.120 defeated Quito Quetzals 17.9.111
(Real: 1806 vs 1666)

In a battle for second spot (and to keep Wisconsin honest against Ottawa), the Sinners get the job done to keep their back-to-back momentum going, but they sure could use the real Fyfe, the real Lloyd, the real Petracca and Hewett back in the side. Quito weren't Boston-bad but they'll need to improve next week to keep pushing towards a real underdog flag.

Chicago Sharks 14.21.105 lost to Anaheim Mighty Ducks 19.10.124
(Real: 1567 vs 1856)

Tonight on Casefiles, we'll be going in depth into the possibility that Anaheim TANKED THE SEASON AWAY IN THE YEAR OF OUR LORD TWENTY TWENTY TWO. I'll put the result to a vote next thread...win loss aside, Chicago weren't moving on the ladder (I think) but damn they'll need to be better next week.

Wisconsin Cockerels 20.13.133 defeated Ottawa Otters 18.10.118
(Real: 1988 vs 1775)

Ottawa had their sniff of a finals chance blown away, but they put up a score to be proud of to finish off a season with a fair few highs to offset a couple of lows (the main low being beating San Francisco twice, the barbies). Wisconsin are hot heading into finals, but are one Touk tag away from crumbling.

New Brooklyn Hawks 18.12.120 defeated San Francisco Grizzlies 15.11.101
(Real: 1805 vs 1509)

Now that that's over and done with...one, where the Wardlaw at? And two, give me the Wardlaw.
