Haha some yes and some no. He does have the exp fielding. Then he has acc XP (hasn't popped since very start of December), cap endo, ord power and avg captaincy...

Blackadder is very similar to my player Smit.
Swing talent, spec xp, expert fielding,exp endo, cap power but only spec/spec not far off exceptional given his summary his spectacular in average form and only 24 :)

Looks like I should probably focus more on fielding then..most of my team are good bowlers/batters but crappy fielders.

haha, it's the skills relevant to the division. I'm Div 3 all round, and probably promoting to divsion 2 in One Dayers, so outstanding fielding is probably middle of the pack, maybe on the higher side. Div 4 and below capable/reliable as an average of your squad should be enough.

Also, I don't let my players get more than outstanding in batting, bowling or tech, as it keeps the wages down and i run a large squad.
