that's why i buy on the non-WC season :P Coz my players reaching NAT's isn't a problem, plus paying that extra $$$ just for a couple of tours probably won't be worth it.

Also got a tech pop here: http://fromthepavilion.org/player.htm?playerId=1010230
Going Bowling training but he'll be an AR for me, hopefully reli/reli/reli by 20yo so i can keep him. :D

chrisuzz

Will he?? ok i'll do that. :D He's a T20 specialist haha, playing almost every T20. :)

CrowsFan

You shouldn't be training him as an AR. Way too late in the season, especially for a guy who is only ord/ord

A good week of pops for me

PowerBug

#4718
3 pops:

Tshepo Mupariwa: Fielding to Reliable (NBB #1, solid fielding pop, off to some bowling now until that pops then back to fielding)
Kirk Friend: Fielding to Expert (NBB #2. Sometimes i think i overdo my fielding, though gonna see how my players go with only ots/outs primaries, so alot of secondaries are needed)
Paul John: Technique to Expert (Really unsure what to do with this guy. Had a thought that i should train his batting to capable, or possibly even train him to spec/spec bowling. :-\ I think i'll give him another Fielding pop since he's only 21, then re-evaluate. Any other thoughts guys? :)

chrisuzz

Take them all to spec/spec in my opinion, Friend needs no work fielding work for now and could get to spec/spec by mid 23 :)

The wage increase from outstanding to spectacular isn't that major PB

What is your knowledge of the wages?? I don't have that much of an idea tbh, always thought the difference was noticable.

It would be about high 6's for out/out to approx 9.5's for spec/spec.

So let's be generous and say 2 per player. multiplied by 14 = 28k. Per week. That's a pretty hefty saving imo. Plus, it'll be interesting to see whether having extra secondaries vs primaries will affect the performance. You never know, i may be onto something. ;)

What...

14k wages is almost excep/excep. :/
