4 pops:

Kevin Horton: Fielding to Accomplished (First week of training with me, first pop. :D AFEV had him on Fielding so i knew he was close, going to go one more fielding at least)
Paul John: Fielding to Reliable (First pop with me too, going one/two more fielding with him aswell)
George Tonge: Experience to Capable (Beast player, terrible experience. On strength training)
William Wardlaw: Experience to Reliable (And my 2nd opener gets an Experience pop too. He's on fielding training)

Happy with those pops, expecting a couple more fielding ones to come very soon from Oldfield, Campbell and Wardlaw.

PB I would put Horton on to bat or bat/tech now. Accomplished fielding is fine, and will take another 5-6 to get another pop. He needs batting training

Yeah, but i have no plans on taking him past outs/outs, so i want to get him fielding to it's maximum first, then work on the one primary pop, then power/endo forever. So i have plenty of time up my sleeve :D

For anyone else, yes, go primaries, but i'm taking a different approach to see how it takes me. :)
