I wouldn't call Jemmot a gun. Dreadful fielding will take ages to fix, by which point others who were behind in primaries will catch up. Plus he has atrocious experience ;)

This is a gun 16 y.o... Rajib Mashud

And in a Lavish youth academy.   8)

To be fair - Jemmott is in the eyes of players we are looking at but there are others ahead of him.  Having avg/reas primaries already allows him the luxury of training fielding for the rest of the season (to hopefully average).  This will also help his endurance and if lucky get a pop during the fielding training (I doubt it though - would need a high sublevel endo).  3 seasons of primary training normally gives 1 pop to endo as well but he would still need at least another pop in endo.  Power is fine

Thats his bonus, he wont need to be trained on strength at all, yes fielding is behind but i believe i can get it up to scratch in time ;) plus in my youth side he is a gun so let me enjoy him!

Great day of Pops today :D

Planning to sell Yogish soon, he has 4.5K and hasn't popped in Tech for ages. So I'm waiting for outs tech then selling, making exp VERY helpful.

McKenzie now Spec/Spec 23yo.

Voros - will take him to reas fielding then work on outs/outs bowling or maybe AR training.

http://fromthepavilion.org/player.htm?playerId=482221 - Do I train McKenzie for the 2 seasons it'll take to Excep/Excep (25weeks in a top academy, so it'll take me like 29 weeks) or should I just whore him on power now?

I like McKenzie :) His exp is a bit behind so the pop is handy too.

Buttsworth to reliable experience.

That is all. It is a very nice pop though so I'm still happy.
