So I think I'll put him on Fitness for a pop?

I'd go for a power pop first, as he is a FM and they need power. Then go for an endo pop.

Well at this stage, can alternate between the two because he shouldn't really be training much else. Maybe try for a fielding pop somewhere in the near future as well ;).

6 pops for me:
Arnostam: Experience to Dreadful (16yo YP)
Gun: Experience to Ordinary (19yo avg/ras RWS)
Gun: Endurance to Reasonable (On bowling training but i'll take it)
Gatenby: Batting to Poor (17yo poor/avg batter)
McCabe: Batting to poor (17yo youth keeper)
Odhiambo: Technique to Capable (18yo, is now avg/ord/cap bat/bowl/tech. He's on Batting training so a tad annoying but anyway)
