Accomplished Endurance and hopefully Expert Fielding before I start should help giving a solid 2 seasons training to get it up there ;). Lavish academy doesn't hurt either :P.

Yeah although the amount of rating points he picks up each week doesnt help his case. I have Lostwalleti who is on exceptional/exceptional training about 3 or 4 weeks in and not finding it to entertaining rating wise

I don't mind ratings points, never really bothered about them that much.  I don't mind if it takes him long, I doubt I need alot of power on him anyway being a Spinner, and he'll get time afterwards. Patience is key 8).

On another note, 1 more week of training and then all my Seniors will be rated over 40k :D. That is until next season :P.

P.S PMing India NAT assistants to see if he's in with a shot if he gets Excep/Excep.

Haha guess thats what lets me down that I am not very patient. I have been told to break the training up Hp. Dont go primary just to get exceptional as it will take far to long. I have been told say bowling for 6 weeks, fielding a pop, bowling tech 6 weeks etc.

Maybe Cookie. PMed vaibhav to see Sreed's chances as their current bowling Spinners are all late 20's, so not sure about their younger brigade. On a side note, they have the #1, #4, #31 and #64 ranked teams in the game on their coaching panel :o.

I have set Vijaya on his way to exceptional as well as their is nothing else to train him in. He is a long was behind Lesnar in skills but ahead in exp so hard training and maybe but i doubt it
