Should i be training my Youths in fielding at all?

how about someone who i think is ave/ord bowler with atrocious fielding? should i train ppl like him in fielding?

Since Fielding trains faster in Youths, I'd advise you to train it. Maybe to poor or ordinary for all at least as a baseline.

I get all mine to Average after they reach Ave/Ave in Primaries. But I rate Fielding and helps keep them into Seniors for me.

Pretty happy with those pops. Especially Ross my 19yo keeper whom I recruited when he was 17. He is starting to look better every week. Will keep him for seniors to train up and use for PC fatigue in a few seasons

Damn it, didn't realise you were Aussie, you get your pops and I don't get mine :( + my ratings dropped since selling Stone, so this match is an uphill battle for me.

It would only contribute to a small amount Nails as your players may have say 990 in Tech which doesn't show as a popped skill yet but still helps him perform better. ;)

Yeah I think Yogish (my guy who's batting now) is like 999 in tech lol

He has 4.6K SR and hasn't popped since like June I don't think and has done lots of fielding training so should pop today :)
