Sydney Byrom - experience - poor--->ordinary  (avg/reas/cap, bat/tech/keep, at 18 is pretty good im happy with him)
Sydney Byrom - technique - average--->reasonable
Derek Driscoll - experience - dreadful--->poor (cap/cap at 19, should get to rel/rel by EOS, will be sold)
Zaki Kalil - experience - atrocious--->dreadful (pretty much the same as Driscoll except a bowler)
Wachiru Kibaki - fielding - poor--->ordinary (cap/cap finger spinner with doosara at 18yo coming along nicely)
Diederick van Delft - technique - poor--->ordinary (avg/ord LFM with bouncer talent at 16 nice player)

He's a good prospect if you intend to pay attention to Youths. Nice skill to go with his batting and is a decent Captain if you don't have a better one (I use a Rel/Cap Captain as have nobody better in Youths).

Cos he is still only 16 cic. I would expect him to start getting games when he is 18 to get the experience in to him before the world cup when he is 19

Yep. CF pushing games into him will get him there quicker but no doubt he's going to make NATs...

Nah going to get him to cap/cap before I do fielding. The will just get that up to reas since he has safe hands and then back to primaries. Going to ignore endo for the time being since I will just get some osmosis pops for that...

Wouldn't fielding now be more beneficial since it trains faster at his age and will help the tech pop come along at the same time? :p

So you reckon train fielding now? I guess I would be able to get that to reasonable before the end of the season. I asked the SA managers but they just said train whatever I want so were no help at all
