Michael Schumacher now has capable experience at 20   :)  although his skills aren't great, I should be able to make him into a quality opener.
Rajesh Koothrappali is now outs/outs with reas experience at 21 .. time to work on his endo/power before getting him to spec/spec.

Thanks  ;)  Experience is the main thing I look at now when I'm searching the TM for players. Sebastian Vettel my all-rounder, performs much better than his skills suggest because of his reliable experience at just 21.

Because he's only 21 Cic. Players don't usually get a gig for their NT until their at least 23, unless you're a freak. At the last EOS, I saw Ash selling a 20yo out/out - that's a freak, but he won't be a NAt until he's 22 at least.

That's of course for any normal NT, except the US, who play Nat's at 20-21 because Picton is a fool :P

We in Australia generally don't play anyone if they are under 24. Unless as Fletch said, they are BEASTS. Like Noah John has played since he was 23. King will play next season regularly and so will a few others.

But I do want to say one thing, Out/Out at 21 isn't uncommon.

Possibly could have got H-Mac to out/out... but I've been training other things, that said he has bugger all SR, so I might not have been able to get anywhere near outs/outs

Rajesh is a great player though, can't argue that at all.  H-Mac, not so much but he is alright anyway. :P

Very true in both comments. We had 2 23yo's play this season, mostly in friendlies, but they are both excep/excep beasts. Secondly Out/Out isn't uncommon as Shaggy said.
