Wages only change at the start of each season. So next season his wage will lower, but not this season

Ethan Burke - batting - expert--->outstanding
Padraig McLoughlin - fielding - capable--->reliable
Klass-Jan Stam - technique - expert--->outstanding

Burke - 23yo outs/exp accumulator, will get outs tech then work on power
McLoughlin - 20yo rel/rel batsman, secondary beast though 41k ratings!!! him and Padman are gonna carry my squad in seasons times.
Stam - 22yo outs/outs RFM, need to get that power to atleast res now

Ah right. Just had a look at him and even if he does pop in batting I reckon you should sell EOS. His endurance and power is too low to bother keeping IMO ;)

My 16 y.o keeper prospect. Nice to get an endurance pop when training keeping

McRae Tech to Reli - now reli/reli so will make the leap into my seniors at EOS
Mustafa  Exp to Ordin - happy since he captains atm with expert and the experience will help with that
Dyer Bowl to Reli - going to be a gun this kid his now reli/cap at 18
Abbas - Bowl to Reli - his now Reli/Reli with good secondaries his going to stay in seniors too
Choto Bat to Ave - the 16 year old i bought for 38k his now ave/ave with opener talent

yeah I was thinking that, will be losing a batsmen at EOS though and I do need a backup, so the endo wouldn't be much of an issue
