pb you have 21 youth players so expect plenty of pops but train them in worthwhile skills.  Batters. Batting,  tech etc and you get it for the rest.  Don't train bowlers in batting.  If it's atrocious forget about it.  Don't go training all rounders unless that's how you recruit them.  As for comments you only post here for comments from other players.  If you aren't gonna take on advice / comments then you might as well not be posting here in this board
