Warwick is now acc/out even though I have him on batting training yet I can't close the gap ::)

WARWICK!!!!!!!! I sold him to you as Cap/Acc I'm pretty sure. How he hasn't closed down one level is beyond me :o. Good Opener though ;).

Pitre Tilyard to Capable Endurance. Needed some Endurance at 21 so now onto Outs/Outs next season 8).
Brian Moser to Outstanding Endurance.
Robert Carney to Accomplished Power.
Collie Jeffers to Accomplished Power.
The 3 above are 26 years old and are basically great all round players including secondaries 8). They form the Oldies of my group :P.

Most of my 20yr olds have popped in technique while being on fielding training all season  :o  Sheldon is now rel/outs - don't think I will ever get that tech gap closed   :-[

Brent Kross to Ordinary Experience. Currently 17 so looking good for my Youths, potentially a Pure Keeping into my Seniors.
Ross Gallagher to Reliable Technique. Soon to be 19 y.o Rel/Rel Boundary Hitter. Up to Acc/Acc next season before Secondary training (which is customary for Youths who'll turn into Seniors for me).
